McDonald's — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I literally waited in line for almost 30 minutes, and ordered a medium 2A with a diet coke, a big Mac, and what was supposed to be 2 fish filet sandwiches, and a small fry...and I made sure to say 2 fish filet sandwiches because there was only 1 on the screen...guess how many they gave me....just the one and charged me for it!!!...didn't realize until I got home. smmfh...this McDonald's is a joke, I swear...if you order from this unorganized McDonald's, make sure, before you leave the parking lot, that your food is in the bag...and trust me, this isn't an isolated incident...its every other time I got there and it doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. smmfh #1StarService

THIS TIME, i time ordered a #5 (which is supposed a 10 piece nugget meal) with a diet coke (for my wife), a 4 piece nugget happy meal with apple juice and extra apples instead of fries because she never eats the fries and I told them no sauce for my daughter because she won't use it...this place completely fumbled the order...they gave my wife a 10 piece (with no sauces), no fries that are supposed to come with a meal and a Dr. Pepper (that was a "drink upcharge" for some reason)...my daughter's happy meal came with only 1 apple and no apple juice...I swear, if Hixson's McDonald's was closer, I'd go there every time...the only shining star at the Red Bank McDonald's is Ms. Susan because she always nice and she ALWAYS gets my order right....again,...

The service was absolutely terrible. A lady with a blue bun dressed in all black with black leggings decided that today was just too much for her. I’ve worked in the fast food service industry before and there was no need to act the way she did. Me and three of my friends all ordered at the kiosk as the sign said it would lead to faster service. As we were waiting for our food we noticed it was taking longer since it was busy dinner rush. I got my food first and didn’t receive my cup. This is fine, no big deal. When I went up there to get my cup she walked right past me twice completely ignoring me. When I finally asked for it I got an attitude back. One of my friends had the same issue as me and got the same response. She came by our table to give another friend their food and ONLY asked her if she also needed a cup and she said no since she had no drink… like it said on the slip. The last friend got her food and when she asked for a cup for her drink as well she got very angry. She loudly asked the entire store if they needed a cup. She then stormed back and gave her the cup. About three minutes later, her and the only other lady bagging the orders rush past our table to the bathroom. She was talking about how she was done with this place and the people here. I placed order in app while sitting in the drive-thru for over 30 + plus. I called and asked to bring my order out. They said no to sit in the drive thru which I did. I waited over 30+ plus min. I get to the speaker and they decide to tell me they kicked my order back and they will not give me my order. Said I would have to wait until McDonald's decided to refund my money. Then the manager argued with me for over 15 min when I asked for him to write down that I didn't get my order and why. He argued that he couldn't give me anything free. Like I told him Is he really complaining about giving me a free piece of paper with a note from him regarding what happened and the refund I'm supposed to get. He was so incompetent that he decided it would be better to make a 16 yr old little girl deal with the situation. SO MY KIDS WENT TO BED WITHOUT DINNER DUE TO THEM REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY FOOD OR A REFUND SO I CAN BUY MORE food. If I could give lower score I would.
