Mean Jeen’s — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Mean Jeens is great!! While I wish they had a different cuisine choice for food due to a Mexican restaurant being right next door - I do love some of the other apps on the menu. They have a wonderful happy hour and their drinks are superb. Great regular prices as well in comparison to almost every other cocktail bar in Chattanooga. Great atmosphere. I also love that they have non-alcoholic options as there are times that I want a tasty drink without the booze. We will continue to support this establishment.

Ok, so I have given this place 3 tries before giving it a review. First off....amazing Steak taco's and Burritos! Always ask for a side of enchilada sauce....I can't describe how good it is(it's not traditional enchilada sauce). Price is fair...$3 Coors(not bad). Draft mugs are a little on small side (think Chilies mugs). Parking is decent (behind building) but on the weekend it will be packed. Also 2 pool tables so expect to wait your turn on the weekends. The only "con" I can give it is on my last visit the Bartender was sitting on a table beside the drink cooler eating food. My husband and I travel through chattanooga several times a year and always try to find new places to eat and im so happy we found this place!! The lady that took our order at the bar was super friendly and nice! The food was amazing and delicious! I got the fish tacos, I could have eaten 10 of those 🤤 my husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and usually you have to put Condiments like mayo on it but this sandwich was absolutely perfect!
