4/15/23 I usually give this place a raving review for food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Well today the service has been horrible. They are a little busier than normal so my sister and I sat at the bar, we were totally ignored, when we asked the bartender for a drink he told us to wait , so we waited and waited. A group of four sat at the table behind us and were immediately served. So after being ignored several times we moved to a table. Then the bartender wanted to call out to us from behind the bar asking what we wanted to drink. Once we received our drinks we waited for quite some time and had to ask for a menu and the server who finally came to the table had the nerve to tell me to relax when all I asked if we could get some service. He preceded to ignore the fact that I was not happy with the service we were not getting but yet immediately saying relax at that point I was cool until he kept saying relax. I ordered the steak taco salad that was supposed to have come with beans no beans. I really like this restaurant it's one of my favorites in Chattanooga but I was disappointed by this visit and I understand things get busy and what not but customer service is major for me.
8/27/22 We arrived tonight at 9p and they close at 10p and yet we were still treated with excellent service and good, fresh, hot food. I love this place at this location.

Read moreWe had eaten at this location frequently over the last several years. We usually get a large take out order for the whole family. There have been frequent errors in getting the order correct with items often left out. Despite that, we continued to go there for the convenience and decent tasting food. However, the last couple of times have been different. 2 times ago the meat was spoiled and smelled badly. The manager/phone person claims not to know how to refund a credit card over the phone so we had to actually take the meat back to them for a refund. Last time they messed up the order and put cheese on all items meant for two people in our party with a severe dairy allergy. We had very specifically told them about the importance of this given the huge health risk and they had heard this numerous times in the past. Upon calling them, the manager/phone person said "sorry bro, what can I do, they messed up in the kitchen." He took no resposibility nor really cared about a significant mistake. And again we had to return to the restaurant for a refund on food that we couldn't eat. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have gone down hill in quality of food, and service, and simply don't care. Read moreIf I could give you 1/2 star I would. You just lost a customer over $3.50. I went into your location at the corner of Cherokee and Manufacturers. The employee was seated in a booth and seemed annoyed to have to wait on me from the beginning. I work across the street and visit often. I was seated, as he begrudgingly wanted to do that. There was 1 customer in establishment other than myself. I ordered a beef taco and water. He offered NO chips and salsa. When I inquired about the chips, he told me that my taco was only $3 and that he would be losing money if he gave me chips. What? REALLY? I was flabbergasted. I had never heard such in my life. Normally, I order a meal but just wanted a taco today. I asked him that if I was seated with a group and you refilled the chips several times, would you charge for each refill? He once again stated that he would be losing money if he brought me chips. I politely left my taco amd walked out.
