I sat in the lobby today waiting for my order and watched a doordahser cuss out the manager all because she asked them to confirm the order and when she refused her husband then come in and cussed out the manager all because the wife refused to follow policy on confirming an order. The manager Bethany did everything she was supposed to do but that doordasher and the husband was in the wrong. The employees at broad street do their jobs, and make sure we as customers are taking care of and our food comes out right and perfect every time. Please make sure you treat others with respect because what I saw today towards that poor manager Bethany was extremely uncalled for and rude. Please make sure you treat everyone how you would want to be treated. Good job Bethany on handling that situation very professional and making sure that even though they were cussing and rude, you kept it professional and was kind to them and everyone else after that. Read moreI have ate here for the past year and a half and I have always had good service until tonight. 10-26-18 we ordered a pizza at 10:30 and it said an hour wait ok that’s fine but 12am I called and some man answered and told me the driver broke down and didn’t have his cell phone that it would be about 15-20 minutes now it is 1:07am and my boyfriend called this time and he got put on hold by the same man that answered the phone. When someone finally talked back on the other line it was a lady who said she canceled our order.... with no phone call nothing... money taken off our card and everything. And she said it was because the driver couldn’t find our house so he turned around... so therefore we were lied to. And then she has the nerve to say they close in 15 minutes... I’d understand if we ordered it at midnight but we didn’t we ordered it at 10:30... this is the worst service and I will be calling the district manager in...
Read moreI would give negative reviews of I could. I placed an order through the app. It was wrong and the pizzas were destroyed. Papa John's said a credit would be placed on my account and to just call the store on my next order. Hahahaha!!? Here I am a few weeks later trying to call the store to use my "credit" instead of just adding the credit to my account on the app. An hour an a half later, and the store still hasn't answered. I even went with the option to place a new order where you get the overseas help desk....they try calling the store, get hung up on after 1 minute, and come back to apologize for the inconvenience. DO NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR A HORRID ORDER, BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER AND NO ANSWER TO HAVE A DESTROYED ORDER MADE RIGHT!?!?!? SCAM!!!
