I’ve been coming to this KFC on and off for years, and while I’ve never had a bad experience myself, I’ve seen paying customers deal with rude employees here before. This time, it was my turn to face their unprofessional behavior, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I believe they compete on who can give the worst attitudes/service.
I went through the drive-thru for convenience, excited for some crispy chicken, only to be told they only had original recipe left. Disappointed but fine, I settled for a fill-up box with tenders, thinking at least they’d have some crispiness. After paying and getting my drink, I politely asked for just one extra straw. The drive-thru employee snapped, “We don’t just give out straws,” and slammed the window in my face to start preparing drinks for the car behind me. I was stunned by her attitude over such a simple request.
I parked and went inside to address this, only to see a massive pile of straws at the drink station, free for anyone to take. So, I grabbed a few. As I did, I overheard the drive-thru employee, the cooks, and even the manager behind the counter bad-mouthing me, getting defensive over straws. It was almost laughable how worked up they were over something so trivial. I walked out with my extra straws, shaking my head at the absurdity.

Read moreI've been holding off and holding off on making a review about this KFC. Well I can't anymore. They NEVER have everything that you want. Always out of chicken or will say it's a 30 min wait. When you decide to wait it's only 5mins. They are Terrible. I went one day with a coupon at about 8. Soon as the guy asked could he take my order I said I have a coupon for a 10piece. He said our coupon machine is down. I was irritated but decided to go to KFC on broad st. About 15mins away. I called half way there and said is your coupon machine down she said our what. No ma'am. Next visit to this KFC I asked before I placed my order is your coupon machine down. The lady said we don't have one of those. I said are you serious and told her of my last encounter. She apologized. Yesterday I went to KFC order a 8pc drum and thigh. Get home I have a 7pc with 2 breast in it. I called back the lady said well we didn't have anymore dark meat and you were lucky to get that. I said my order is not correct I'm missing 1pc of chicken and didn't ask for breast. Don't you think you should have let me know this when I picked up my order. She said well no you still got your chicken. I told her it's ALWAYS something with this KFC. Read moreI visited the 2501 Broad St. Chattanooga,TN 37408 location and I am highly disappointed. I ordered a #16 which is the POT PIE MEAL… the lady gave me my total and told me to drive around. Once I got to the window the cook and the other two workers proceeds to tell me that I won’t be able to get my pot pie because they close in an hour and they do not feel like making it! I FEEL THAT IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE! There is no way I should be turn down or asked to order something else because the Workers who are on the CLOCK DO NOT FEEL LIKW WORKING! They literally told me it would take too long. THERE IS NO EXCUSE IF THE STORE IA OPEN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET WHAT I HAVE ASKED FOR. SOMETHING TRULY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE WORKERS AT THAT STORE HAVE DONE THIS! THEN THE LADY PROCEEDS TO TELL ME TO GO TO THE OTHER STORE ON 3RD STREET.
