This place is a gem I hope more people give a try. I ordered for takeout during my lunch break and so glad I did. I ordered the Pork Sisig, Chicken Adobo and Lumpia. My my my… the Lumpia was piping hot and crispy that came with a mildly sweet dipping sauce that complimented the savory filling in the Lumpia. The Pork Sisig was very flavorful. It almost had a bitterness to it but is smoothed out by the other seasonings/spices but paired with the rice brings the dish full circle. My absolute favorite though is the Chicken Adobo. There is something about the flavor of the chicken and rice that kept me interested. The chicken was cooked perfectly juicy and tender. I added the Mayo that comes with it and it adds a nice creamy texture but personally I think kewpie would hands down be the better option for this dish.
