My husband and I traveled to Chattanooga for the weekend and we were looking for a good coffee place. There are a ton of coffee options around the city but we wanted to support a smaller business. We stopped at this coffee shop and it was not the best experience. We both got large coffees and the drinks were almost a quarter empty when we received them. We were going to say something but the guy inside working was alone and we had already waited more than 20 minutes. He was trying to take orders and get orders made and people have places to be in the morning. In the midst of our wait there was 3 other people waiting and one customer left due to the high wait time. Additionally, I ordered a chia tea iced and there was chucks of chai in the bottom of the cup, like it wasn’t blended. My husband got 4 shots of espresso in his and it barely tasted as if it had 2 shots and on top of that the amount of coffee in the cup didn’t seem to even be the size of 4 shot with no cream! On my first, I arrived past close (unknowingly), but the owner and barista offered gladly to still take my request. I ordered a salted caramel latte and hit the road, sipping it over a span of three states, and it continued to taste just as good cold as it had hot.
If you're roadtripping anywhere in the tri-state area, hold out to give Chattanooga Coffee...

That was the best decision I could have made. I ordered a Cuban Latte with an extra Expresso shot. It was one of the best coffees I have ever had. In my top 3. It was the perfect sweetness and the touch of cinnamon was wonderful. I was surprised that they roasted the coffee beans right on the premises. I had to buy some of their beans to take home. This will certainly be my go to place for coffee in Chattanooga. I recommend that anyone who loves coffee and are in the area to take a trip here. It is worth the trip. It certainly won't be my...
