My fav Starbucks. I come here multiple times weekly…left 5star reviews and still will…but this morning I was in a very busy line and the delivery guy/worker taking boxes from the pavement to the back door was unnecessarily rude. I was trying to be considerate and leave him room at the front of my car directly to the back door. He went behind me and gave me a hateful look. I rolled my window down and apologized. He informed me “the crosswalk is for walking not parking” I didn’t even see it. The paint is heavily faded, it’s before the door, and we are in a tight line so my fault. However there was no need to be so hateful especially when someone is trying to be considerate. I’m only writing here because I did try to get his info at the drive through and the nice lady said she didn’t know if he was a worker or delivery guy and was busy. It’s a minuscule thing truthfully. Just really made me sad and started my day off wrong. It was an honest mistake on my part but there was a much better way to handle the situation than being hateful because you’re moving boxes in the rain. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I am truly shocked at the frequency they have to remake my drink while I’m at the window on busy mornings, even when I try to preemptively order it without the mistake (for example, there is not supposed to be ice in a nitro cold brew, but I have to order it without ice, & then I still get an iced nitro cold brew). We’re not talking about once or twice. This is happening several times a week. I asked the barista at the window today if he realized how often my drink was made wrong (he does, I’m there almost every day), & he just said, “We have a lot of cold brew orders.” Um, ok. Thanks for that info. This is on top of my drink being made wrong, or a wrong size is made and charged, a few times, as well. Are they friendly? Yes. Do they correct it? Yes (well, not for the wrong size one because I didn’t realize until later). Am I still frustrated? Yes. Please just stop putting ice in my drink that’s not supposed to have ice, & we’ll all be as happy as a barista at a Starbucks...
Read moreWe go to this Starbucks almost daily. The workers are fantastic - so friendly, extremely hard-working and very professional. The coffee is always delicious and up to Starbucks standards. I only gave it three stars due to the atmosphere. It’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone due to the extremely loud noise, mostly from the music being turned up so loud. The workers usually turn it down as far as they are “allowed” if we ask them, but the most comfortable seating is a 10 x 15 area which has a speaker hanging in the corner. There should be NO speaker in this small space at all! It just reverberates around within the tiny space and you have to yell to talk to anyone.
We would also love to see them put some noise absorbing material on the ceiling to help with the noise coming from food and drink preparations. When the weather permits we sit outside, but many times this isn’t an option. If these two things were corrected, we might be there twice a day and would be relaxed when we leave instead of relieved to get out...
