7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Chattanooga

First time visiting. I purchased two $25 gift cards for friends and a double shot of espresso. The coffee tasted good but was only lukewarm. Checkout was slow and took about 7 minutes, even though there was no one ahead of me. When I mentioned that my coffee wasn’t hot, the trainee laughed, which didn’t feel appropriate. We both got "light ice." Removed the ice when we got home since the drinks are for tomorrow. This was the level of drink on both after ice removal. I was gypped! (Right drink) Very disappointed! As a regular 7brew visitor, I have never had light ice be so little drink at any other location. Should this happen again, we won't be back to this location again. There is no way my order could have been mistaken as the order taker took it straight...

After giving this place several tries... 7 Brew serves black drip that looks like a dirty laundry rinse; brown, cloudy, and utterly confused. If your coffee can’t stay black, the whole brewing process is fundamentally broken. Their espresso tastes like someone steeped old cigarette butts in hot water. Skip the wash cycle and find a shop that actually knows how to make coffee.
