Hello, I just want to say Starbucks is just not about coffee ☕. I usually get the tea 😊. No pun intended for you coffee drinkers lol. The coffee is their foundation on building 🏢 a successful franchise. I however support them for their breakfast wraps. They are delicious 😋 omg. I want to start with the Spinach Feta, and Egg White. It's not only good , but good for you. This is for vegans lovers as well. Then there is the turkey 🦃 bacon 🥓 with cheddar 🧀 cheese, and eggs. This is high in protein. Depending on my activities I load up on both. Last , but not least a double smoke 🥓 bacon cheddar 🧀 cheese , and egg. The bacon is smoked 6hrs. This breakfast is the best meal for the day ! It gets me 🎽.Thanks 👍 . The customer service is great ! I'm not sure who this young lady is ? She is a game , but I don't know her name. She is on it, positively representing you guys. However, the issue is the amount of time it takes to receive your order after placing an order at the counter inside. I ordered one tall brewed coffee with cream and it took 15 minutes to receive my coffee. In many Starbucks locations, the barista at the counter would prepare a brewed coffee after taking my order and hand it to me, as this is the easiest item to prepare and doesn't require much effort. Unfortunately, at this location a brewed coffee takes as long as 5 frappuccinos to make and receive. It doesn't make any sense, it's not efficient at all. Also, this location gets a lot of Uber delivery orders, which take up a ridiculous amount of time for the baristas. The message it sends to the walk-in customer, who has made the effort to drive there, park, enter the Starbucks and order at the counter is that they are not a priority. Read moreI had three starbucks gift cards and consolidated into one card. Somewhere along the way, my wife and I lost $20. The busy clerk was rude and did not respond each time I apologized for taking up her time with the confusion. I then talked to the manager who was not able to help me either. Receipts did not add up and the only explanation was that the $25 dollar gift card that was purchased from a CVS or Walmart showed $25 but only had $10 on it. A cop-out answer, and unwillingness to help a customer resulted in me losing almost $20 through the process of consolidating gift cards. This is not to mention that there are simply not enough workers for the volume of customers that come here.
