I had just gotten engaged and didn’t want to part with my ring. I was told large jewelry chain store could size in 1 day. I originally went there and they immediately said that they were unable to do it because changing from 5.75 to 4 on this style would damage ring. They left me feeling very hopeless. I asked what to do and they mention Goss Jewelers down the road. I went to check them out and they were immediately friendly, professional, and welcoming. They immediately said they could and were very patient with me. They told me 1 week which I understood but was sad about but then I got a call from Mr.Goss 2 days later telling me it was ready for pick up! I rushed over and saw it and he did fantastic job. It fits great and did not damage ring. I am not typically one to write reviews but felt like I needed to because of how amazing of a job they did and how kind they were. My boyfriend and I went to Goss Company looking for a very specific, unique diamond. We were immediately greeted by Charlie and his employee, we explained to them exactly what we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in store they told us they would search for it and send us what they find. Within minutes of leaving the store we started getting emails with options. We seen one we really liked, had it ordered and when we went back to see it in person we were both taken back by how beautiful and unique the diamond was. It was even better than what we originally went in looking for. The diamond is exceptional and so is the service. We both really appreciated how personable Charlie was, he genuinely cared. I called Charlie back in January after I lost a stone (maybe 2) in my wedding bad, that I had just gotten back from another local jewelry repair store. I got the ring back and within a day or two the stones were gone. Charlie was so nice and said I could drop it off and he’d take care of it and check all of the prongs. I got it back when it was promised and it was beautiful! I decided to wanted to get my rings soldered together so I went back to Charlie a few weeks later. He said he could take care it, no problem. I got it back sooner than I had expected and I couldn’t be happier!
