Subway — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This subway was HORRIBLE! I chose to go to this location because its closest to my work. After waiting almost 5 minutes for an employee to come out of the back, I was greeted with an attitude. The employee was complaining about how her co-worker wasn't there, and wasn't calling her back. She kept ranting. Multiple times, I heard "I hate this f** place." "I'm about to walk out, and quit." She continued to rant, and tell me that she didn't get paid overtime, and that her pay was too low to support her three kids. I continued to order my sub, which was a footlong on white flatbread. She then argued with me because I didn't want it heated. I told her I wanted it cold, and she rolled her eyes, and threw the sub back down. She sloppily covered the sub in what I asked, and threw it in the bag. I was not asked if I wanted a drink, cookie, chips, or if that was all for today. She gave me the total, I paid, and left. When I went to eat the sub, it was everywhere. It wasn't wrapped properly, and was falling out into the bag. I will NEVER go back to this location. When we got there the lady behind the counter was working on sandwiches by herself and she told us to write down what we want so we did. She still messed up. She cut the sandwich in half which I did not request, it was dry and burnt after she over toasted it, the paper that I wrote the order on was in top of 2 vegetables container after it failed on the floor and there were flies. I understand you cant control them, but there were in the cookies and flies kept going on the food, but she acted like it was normal!! I still dont understand why we had to write it down on a paper....o wait she had her head phone in her ear and one of them failed out she didnt even change her dame gloves! I paid for it already and got a refund which I'm still waiting for it to be processed. I refuse to deal will nasty attitude, when I asked for the owners info so I can report this the store manager refused amd laughed about it. O well. I got the sweet teriyaki chicken special for Tuesday $6.99 with drink and chips. Service was great. I was really disappointed that the soda machine and tea was ALL OUT and very diluted. The bottled drinks was diet, zero sugar, and kid stuff. I asked the woman if she could see if it was empty or change it. She said yes it was empty, didn’t change an empty soda box, but sat down talking to someone on her earbuds. I got the zero sugar Pepsi bottle and asked if that was ok instead of the soda drink cup. You guys need to be stocked or try to be stocked when slow. Talking to someone should be on breaks. It’s weird and or rude talking to someone else than talking to your customers.
