Touchdown Wings At Chattanooga — Restaurant in Chattanooga

i made a call in order for some wings, picked them up & everything was fine besides the fact they wanted to give me over cooked fries & i had to ask twice to have them remade, cool. i get home & eat about 3 wings just to see a LONG STRAIGHT HAIR in my food. i immediately check to make sure its not my hair which it wasn’t because i have curly hair. i immediately called them after examining the hair & i was told nothing could be done about it because i’m “already eating my food” how else was i gonna know it was a hair in my food? if i would have seen it when they were putting seasoning on my fries i would have said something. but it was IN my food & i didn’t see it until i got home & started eating which means it came from the kitchen. from a business owner as well as a customer’s perspective i feel like the right thing to do would be to first APOLOGIZE, which didn’t happen; then offer the customer a refund or to remake the food. it’s simple. i’m a pretty loyal customer because i’m picky about my wings & i like theirs but i won’t be back. the first picture is how my wings looked when i first got them then the second picture is after i...

I went yesterday. The wings are flavored great (though the fries are obviously storebought crinkle types, why not buy potatoes and serve wedges? But you do get loads of them) but the service and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. 3 women were behind the counter, 2 were gossiping. Whatever their job was, it seems unnecessary. The mixed girl with the colorful arm tattoos was the only one who seemed to be doing her job. I go to get my drink and the whole floor is nasty, covered with spills. This place just opened, how is it so dirty? Then when I go to the counter to get my combo, one of the gossips asks if I would like seasoned salt (it was regular salt). She then made it obvious I’m to put the salt on it... What is your job???

1 Star because you can get bigger wings that are just as good at American Wing or Asia Cafe right down the street. Both are clean places with good service. Worth the few extra dollars.

This was the single, craziest experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I placed a GrubHub order, and the driver called to say the owner was rude, combative and wouldn’t take any orders. It sounded fishy, so I called the restaurant. A worker said the owner didn’t speak English, but she would be happy to honor the order if I could drive over and provide a receipt for the order. No problem. I headed over. I arrived, and the Grub Hub driver was still there (more than an hour later) still trying to get me my food. Turns out, he was absolutely telling the truth. I showed the receipt. The workers wouldn’t look at it. They fake called the police and said they wouldn’t be giving me food or my money back. The owner gave me a double bird. Other patrons in the lobby were receiving the wrong order. He was just as rude to them. I’m a big wings fan. Go to Wings Town, the Wing Truck or just make your own.
