My dad went to pick up food 30 minutes before closing, it took until it closed to get all my family and my bfs food, and we are staying at a hotel less than 2 minutes down the road, he got here and we checked our food and found that not only was some of my families order missing, but my bfs order which was made separately was missing almost everything, we were missing our baconator fries, 2 normal fries, and 2 chicken nuggets, we immediately drove back and it took less than 2 minutes, we went through the drive through the guy who still had his speaker on taking orders completely ignored us so we drove to the window, and he literally crossed his arms and made an X to signify No, as we were saying through the closed window that they had got our order wrong, he just shook his head told his older co worker and he just threw his hands up in the air and they both walked away, then another worker came to the window we told him that they messed up our order and he just said “they said to come back tomorrow with the receipt, we already threw all the food away” , literally like 1-3 minutes after the store closed, not to mention my dad said there was a huge line when he left and there was still a car waiting for their food, so obviously, there was still food if a car was still waiting for their food, they just didn’t feel like giving us the whole rest of our food when we haven’t ate all day basically. This is extremely inconvenient considering we’re traveling from Michigan to Florida and we need to leave early in the morning. I’ve never had workers be so disrespectful and completely ignore us, especially when we weren’t even placing a new order we just wanted the rest of our food that they forgot. We came back the next morning and the manager refused to refund our money, instead just made the rest of what we were missing, without the rest of the order from yesterday, and took 10 minutes to do so as well, workers were talking, laughing at us and I saw one point at us as there was only one other person who entered the building, so we didn’t get to eat breakfast either before a 12 hour drive bc she just gave us our sides with no rest of the meal, when we just asked for a refund. she was rude as well, she didn’t seem to believe us even with the receipt and my family that came in directly after us to get their food, and another guy came in talking about his food being wrong directly after, I would recommend that nobody go to this Wendy’s during closing, your food will be wrong and you will get treated horribly by the workers and the...
Read moreMy order was made wrong, so I went back through the drive thru. I was told to wait 3x at speaker. When I got to the window, I was asked "what's the problem?", in a very rude voice. I repeated that I needed no mayo (egg allergy), I needed a straw, and a receipt. I was told they don't print receipts and they then called back the order wrong again. I had to repeat no mayo again. I again asked if I could please get a receipt, "we don't print them", with attitude. I asked how am I to know that I was charged correctly then. She told me to get out of my car and put my head through the window to look at her screen. Being out of your vehicle in a drive thru is not safe. Neither is putting my head through their window, for multiple reasons. One of which is that none of the crew was wearing masks at all. Before I could respond, a large man at came to the window, told me my sandwich was going to be made and to stop giving them attitude and slammed the window down in my face. I was shocked. When he brought my sandwich, the rest of the crew, (90% male, I'm female), followed him and stared down at me while he thrust the food at me. I asked for his name and the store number while I took the food, "figure it out" he said and slammed the window in my face. I turned my car off and yelled through the window that I wasn't going anywhere at this point until I got his name and a store number. The cashier suddenly appeared with a receipt and refused to give me his name. The only names on my receipt are emilee and Terrance. While her customer service was not great, the man was horrible. He was very tall, had bandaids a over his arm, missing teeth, and a tattoo down his right forearm. I feel as if he was threatening me, and trying to use intimidation tactics against. All very much not what I would expect from a Wendy's employee. I worked for Wendy's as one of my first jobs, and I know for a fact yelling at the customers is usually frowned upon. I will never eat at...
Read morePlaced an order at the drive through and she said nine dollars and change. I said I thought it said four for four dollars, then she told me that I was reading it incorrectly. I change my order two for $.99 sandwiches which came to $4.33. I've drove around and was pretty speedily handed my food by a supervisor or Mgr. not the cashier. I Handed the cashier a $20 bill and exact change so that I would get $16 back to buy gas at the Shell station down the road. She handed me my change without counting it back and I didn't realize that I didn't get a receipt either. I put the change in my cup holder. When I got to the gas station down the street and went to get the cash to purchase my gas I only had $13 in the cup holder. I had been shorted $3. I called the store and explain what happened and was immediately hung up on. I called back and said I hoped it was an accident that they hung up on me. I explained again what happened and I was told I could speak to a supervisor. I explained for the third time to the supervisor what it happened and she said that she would count the drawer and if I came back in a little while she would give me my refund. Upon returning 20 minutes later I was told buy a third person that the drawer counted out even. When I stated that I know I only had a $20 bill and the change went directly in my cupholder to get the gas down the street. She gave me a dirty look like I was lying. I really wanted to say maybe your employee pocketed the three dollars, but I didn't. She just shrugged her shoulders like oh well, and then I told her I would call the corporate office. Who in their right mind would make up a story and go to all this trouble for three dollars. The only reason I came back is because that was all the money I had for a weeks worth of gas. I was told at corporate that the district mgr. would be calling me. I'll see what happens. This store doesn't have a...
