The workers for the most time get your order correct but for some strange reason they always seem to make the coffee taste like water and not coffee as well as their food. Sometimes I’ve ordered and the food was burnt and I have ordered hashbrowns and they were beyond crispy as well. call it burned too as well because they overcook it. I don’t know if it’s them necessarily doing it intentionally or their employees just don’t care to work there what I would suggest is that you let go of all the workers since you are remodeling the location and higher new young high school workers eager to work, they want to work as much as they want to breathe. That is the employees that you want to hire employees that have everything to lose because when they have something to lose, they have a reason to go to work. because they realize they have so much more to gain. Overall, this location is placed in the right spot just not with the right flow drive-through with this location has to have more than one window serving coffee because you have one customer per window. You will have two times the speed of flow going, allowing your employees to do a better job with a steady flow as well as having the flow of vehicles travel through without needing to build up a line having a line in drive-through is a issue to the business because the longer you have customers waiting the less money you will make, if they start to get annoyed and take off the ones that stay too long, add this to your concern. Is that customers that way too long may be the ones that you don’t want at all such as myself I write reviews based on Duncan’s work effort and dedication to the business and loyalty to the company as a high rated customer the company does look at my review and take in consideration for who I am as a customer and how many reviews I leave the company. I also have district managers directly on my phone and know them personally so I’m not one to be leaving in the parking lot for too long, I’m so glad to see that this location that I am right in review on is under construction and re-modeling. Glad to see that they are taking the time to work hard to improve this location and business to the...
Read moreWhere do we begin? The mornings at this location are hit or miss busy wise. The drive thru is a disastrous set up. It clogs up the main road, and makes it impossible for folks to enter the parking lot for this location from either entrance.
Staff wise, mornings I've not had any issues. It's the afternoon stafff that needs a real wake up call. The attitude from these staff members won't get them far in life. If I ran this shop, I'd have fired her already. Short staffed or not, don't ever speak to customers the way I was spoken to.
I placed a simple mobile order. I was at Hannaford when I placed the order, then I headed over. An ice coffee, and an iced macchiato and two donuts. When I pulled up to the intercom, I gave my name, and spelled it out, because I know it can be hard to understand sometimes. I was polite, and usually have a jovial tone of voice. Well... the attitude from the girl who has black curly hair, glasses, and an attitude issue the size of the plaza had a thing to say.
"You just placed this order. It's not ready yet. Next time you have to wait. You can drive up now."
Excuse me? I wasn't rude to you at all. I never gave you an attitude. I never demanded anything. So, I treated her the way she treated me. I never said thank you once, because why should I? I've complained to corporate already, and I won't take this down regardless of if, or what they reply with. Apologies don't work when you don't rectify the situation.
Listen I get it's a minimum wage job. Maybe other customers have been rude to you. I always get an attitude from her. I've always been polite. Today's little smart remark... if I was paying in cash/card, and not ordered through the app, I would have driven off, and left her with the drinks, and gone to...
Read moreI would of given this place 0 stars but it forced me to give it one. Worst Customer service out of any Dunkin' Donuts I've been to, and it's been a lot. this one should be out of business and I really hope no one goes there, they don't deserve our service. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside, typical long line. Ordered two sandwiches and two iced coffees. I changed the flavor of my coffee before I paid and the employee looked like I was the most annoying person, huffing and puffing. Waited over ten min and only got one sandwich. I asked about the other one and the lady said she doesn't see it on the screen. Then there's a pause like she wasn't about to make another sandwich, so I stood there looking at her and then She goes over to the cashier, he comes over and starts making the sandwich or so I thought. The lady who was first helping me talking to her friend over the counter, while the cashier who took my order was making my sandwich. Two sandwiches come out before mine. I finally get mine and when I take a bite egg is ice cold and the bread is somewhat warm. I went back inside and asked the guy if my sandwich was suppose to be cold. He turns his head around and starts mumbling something. I waited a few seconds, thinking he might apologize and remake it, but he didn't. I tossed the sandwich on the counter and yelled out horrible customer service, and left. There is absolutely no customer service, the staff doesn't seem to care about anything, even when it's busy everyone seems to be in slow motion. Just because it's a Dunkin' Donuts doesn't mean you have to go there, eveyone should rebel against going to this one they don't derserve any of...
