Magic Castle & teehee — Local services in Burlington

As someone who doesn't have a Kpop store near them, I thought of visiting this place, which was the closest one and was 3 hours away. What was disappointing was the albums didn't have any prices on them, so you wouldn't know how much they were if you were trying to budget. And when you did know the price after you asked them or checked out, they were overpriced. If you're someone who's far away from a Kpop store and wants to travel to this one, I don't really advise buying them, especially if you're buying multiple. Online or a local Target or Walmart might be better.

The stationery stuff was really cute though and had more reasonable pricing, so if you want to go for that, this can be a place to go. Regarding BTS merch, I don't know if ALL of them were overpriced but I asked the price for the BT21 microphone and it was at least $10+ overpriced compared to if you bought it from Amazon (which I just checked right now).

I'm gonna admit that I did buy a lot of things because I was already there at the moment and my family and I went all the way there. But I felt really guilty afterwards since I felt like I could've bought them for a lower price.

This store is honestly awesome. I came with my friend whose obsessed with k-pop, and me who’s obsessed with Sanrio stuff. Literally the perfect store for us. The staff were literally so nice to us. It was pretty convenient being in the h-mart. My mom hasn’t been to one before and was absolutely gushing at all the different stuff there while we were shopping. It’s in a good location, and has a bakery nearby in the h-mart, and some lunch options. It’s definitely worth it. Was about a 30 minute drive for us. More of a sanrio store than a kpop store which is still cool but I wish they had more albums. They only seem to carry a very small selection of the most popular newest stuff so there's not much of an appeal because you can easily get those albums anywhere else for cheaper. If they had older 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gen albums I'd be willing to shell out more money because it's not something I can just drive to the local target to get. Everything else is kind of overpriced but it's to be expected cause most of it is japan exclusive sanrio merch. At least it seems to be mostly free of bootlegs which is often rare for stores that...
