I awoke in a fog of confusion and darkness. The first thing I remember upon coming to was the aching pain in the back of my head. I tried to reach up in order to inspect the damage with my fingertips, but the back of my hand hit a dense woooden board with a muffled "thump." I opened my eyes wider, trying to take in my surroundings, but all I could see was pitch black.
"I'm blind!" I thought.
In a panic I attempted to sit up, but I was only able to lift my back a few inches before my forehead hit another wooden board, producing the same muffled "thump" my hand did.
Dread washed over me like a bucket of ice water in the Arctic.
"This cant be real," I whispered to myself, only to feel my own warm breathe bounce back onto my face.
Slowly I lifted one hand till it bumped into a wooden board. Then the same with the other hand. Slowly I began to feel around for open space. All above me, wooden boards. At my sides, wooden boards. I bent my knees and kicked my feet to discover that I was trapped on all sides with barely enough room to wiggle.
In my mind I told myself to stay calm, but a more powerful, more feral part of my brain took over as I began to frantically thrash, and push, and claw in all directions, desperate to escape this tiny suffocating prison.
I felt myself growing weaker and soon lost the strength to lift all but my fingers, only able to helplessly scratch my nails across the wooden floor of my coffin.
All that was left was the sound of my heart beating in my ears, as that too began to fade.
Alone... Entombed... Lost...
I accepted my fate and allowed myself to succumb to deaths dark embrace.
But then a sound pierced that veil. A voice. Heroic and sure, followed by more odd sounds. Almost like a thumping and scraping.
I couldn't hear their words, but their brave voice filled me with hope and with strength.
"I'm here!" I yelled as loud as I could!
More thumping and scraping, growing louder and louder by the second until, "THUNK!"
I held my breath in silence for what felt like an eternity when the boards above me began to creak and groan. The creaking gave way to loud cracks and pops until I was hit by a blast of cool fresh air and a blinding light.
Squinting through the dust and spotlight, I saw a man, dripping sweat, chest heaving in his white tank top from exertion, his glistening muscular arms seemed to pulse. In his right hand he held a shovel, and in his left, the splintered remains of what had formerly sealed my fate.
With a flick of the wrist, he flung the lid of my coffin to the side as if it were made of paper before tossing the shovel from his right hand to his left.
With the back of his gloved right hand he wiped the sweat from his brow, showing off his amazing lats in the process. He removed his hardhat and with a smoldering smile, he reached out a hand to help me out of my grave.
"My name is Andrew," he said, effortlessly pulling me to my feet. "Andrew," he continued. "From the Parts Department. Your new wiper blades are ready to go."
And with that he was gone, just as suddenly as he had appeared. No doubt off to rescue someone else lost and afraid in the world of autoparts.
Thank you, Andrew from the Parts Department. Thank you for being my light in the deepest...

While the dealership initially made efforts to resolve my concerns, communication has completely stalled. The inspection reimbursement was taken care of, but after a month and five follow-up emails, I still have no response regarding the second key and ceramic coating confirmation.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, the lack of follow-through is frustrating. A dealership should stand by its commitments, and ignoring a customer after the sale is unacceptable. I’ll update this review if they ever respond, but as of now, I can’t recommend them based on this experience.
PRIOR REVIEW 02.12.2025
I recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealership. While the sales and negotiation process was frustrating , the dealership ultimately made things right.
When I picked up the vehicle, there were issues—a rejected inspection sticker, only one key, and uncertainty about the ceramic coating I paid for. Once I connected with the service manager, they stated they would resolved everything. I was reimbursed for the inspection and am waiting for additional services.
Though the buying process had its challenges, I appreciate their effort to make things right, and I’m now satisfied with my purchase.
PRIOR REVIEW:
Purchased a Tiguan from this dealership, and as expected, I braced myself for the usual frustrating negotiation process. However, the experience here was worse than anticipated.
The salesman was dismissive and outright rude during negotiations, shutting me down the moment I brought up pricing. It felt as if there was no genuine effort to work with me. On the other hand, the head manager was at least professional and easy to talk to.
Now for the real issue: When I picked up the vehicle, I discovered the inspection sticker was rejected, and I was only given one key—a crucial detail that was never mentioned. For reference, getting a second VW key cut and programmed costs about $400. I had to get the vehicle inspected myself, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been reimbursed for the cost. On top of that, I still have to pay out of pocket for an additional key. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve attempted to contact the manager I originally worked with via phone and email, yet I have received zero response. To make matters worse, I have serious doubts that the ceramic coating I paid for was ever applied.
At the end of the day, I got a fair price, but the service was subpar at best. The process was just as miserable as buying a car typically is, if not worse. The way things were handled when I picked up the vehicle was downright unprofessional—I should have been informed about the missing key, and there is no excuse for delivering a vehicle with a...
Read moreupdate car still keeps having the check engine light come back on for the same issue…. UPDATE so finding out it was the sensor that that could have looked at the first time I brought it in (July 3rd) they claimed that it was fine without looking further into the issue. Now I’m out of a car till it gets fixed. They have ZERO loaners after being told by the salesman they can get me a loaner if the car will take longer than a day. Also when I called the service department back on July 5th to let them know the check engine light came back on they told me to bring it in first thing in the morning today July 7th dropped it off then came back so I can talk to service about what’s going on . I sat there from 9am to 12:00pm no one from service talked to me. Then called me to tell me what’s wrong with the car KNOWING I was sitting in the lobby for most of the morning. For the GSM I won’t be reaching out due to physically being at the dealership all morning and no one resolved my issue in a timely manner. This was never going to pass inspection and your team made it seem like it would by just erasing the code and sending me on my way this has caused me a great deal of stress and money due to not having a car. And to tell me “we only have 4 loaners” and can not provide me with one is really shitty since I’ve had issues with this car since it was delivered after purchasing it. If your used cars aren’t up to par to be sold don’t list them on your website because I probably would have gotten a different car from you guys if I wasn’t so interested in this car. . . . I don’t even know where to start. I will say the salesman was awesome and very helpful when problems arise. BUT it’s been nothing but constant headaches. Had my car delivered to me within 24hrs a check engine light came on , brought it back immediately they looked at it said nothing was wrong cleared the code told me to drive 100 miles come back because the car has yet to be inspected and wasn’t going to pass in the first place. Well less than 24hrs the check engine light came back on. Now waiting to see what they say. I’m honestly disappointed because my car got totaled so I needed to find a new car fast and Richy made the buying process stress free, I went to this dealership for this specific car and it’s been constant back and forth and a headache :/ I was going to give 5 stars at first till everything started going wrong which I won’t go into full details in...
