If I can give this place a zero I would. Terrible service. I called before hand to see if they had any iPhone 13 pro’s in stock. Which they did. Upon arrival to the store, they had already been switching my account from one plus to magenta which I did not want. Then was told by a DISTRICT MANAGER SAYING “you don’t want to save money?” In a attitude way as if I was offending her. On top of that, I hadn’t finished paying my iPhone 12 Pro yet. And couldn’t switch because I had a crack on the front of my screen, which was understandable. What made my jaw drop was when they referred me into getting another line with T-Mobile and suspend one of the numbers so that I wouldn’t pay the data plan. Which made no sense. So. As they were doing their thing. I searched up cancellation fee. Which come to find out, was not what I was actually doing. What they failed to mention is that even if I were to suspend the line from one of the phones, I would of still paid two lines on top of financing two phones. Allison and Noelle invaded my privacy. They did not ask for MY AUTHORIZATION ON ANY DECISION THEY WERE MAKING WITH MY ACCOUNT! NOT ONLY THAT, BUT FAILED TO GIVE ME THE ACCURATE DETAILS IN WHAT POSITION I WAS PLACING MYSELF! I COULD OF GOTTEN MYSELF INTO A FINANCIAL PROBLEM!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS OF WASTED TIME! TO JUST BE SURROUNDED BY T-MOBILE MEMBERS THAT WERE HEAVILY TRYING TO CONVINCE ME INTO DOING THE WRONG THING. I AM A FIRST RESPONDER. AND WAS TREATED VERY POURLY. Read moreI am deeply disappointed and upset because I don’t normally give this amount of stars to anyone. I feel like the person who helped us did not have enough training and empathy. The female employee at DrumHill said she only worked there for a month and hardly knew anything. As a benevolent as I am, I gave her a chance because I’ve been in her position before. HOWEVER, this employee was always on the phone and asking for help but it took way too much time. 4.5 hours we were there just to change my phone to another. The manager barely helped cause he was attending all customers at the same time. I really LOVE T-Mobile and have been a customers for years now. But please for the good of the company to train better for the employees or have someone who knows about technology. Today is Saturday and I had to call customer service to help my router and tell me to take out the SIM card from my old router to the new one. I just wish the DrumHill store would have told us. Not a lot of people know about this type of technology but please next time have employees who know their stuff. The employee at DrumHill kept saying “I don’t know”. Her name was Natalie. I myself had just had my identity stolen in all areas and to include my fathers sprint/t-mobile account that I am on as well. First of all I had both a an IPad and an Apple Watch that were stolen and I didn’t have insurance so we had been paying for these devices for over 8 months without having possession. Then last month, both my fathers iPhone 12 Pro Max and mine were charged an additional $200+ each by error. Then this week was the identity theft, my iPad Pro 4th gen 12.9 128 gb, my phone 12 pro Max and my Apple Watch 5 were all compromised by fraud to include everything like all my emails, Apple IDS, and credentials to all apps like finances.
The employee that helped us was named Jainikkumar and helped us with every single problem we had with help from another employee on the phone. Instead of possible extra charges in excess of 1k and walked out saving about $100/month on our typical bill.
