Zesty's Pizza — Restaurant in Chelmsford

I have been a customer of Zesty since they opened. Now I will never return. Here is why. Last night I ordered a zesty extra special pizza which by the way have been going downhill for some time now. When I got it home I was upset to find that most of the toppings had slid off the pizza and collected around the edge of the box. The pizza was placed level on the rear floor of my vehicle for the 7 minute ride home. I then tried to spread the sloppy mess back onto the pizza with only limited success. That is when I discovered that the crust was so over done that I needed a large serrated knife to try to hack through it. At this point I gave up and threw it out. Zesty seems to be following the same fatal route that so many other places have tried and failed at and that is opening more locations while letting food quality spiral downward. I believe that it is time to reexamine your business model and concentrate your efforts on one location where you sell good food at fair prices. Also try using less motor oil when...

Wow, ordered two small pizzas, got whacked $35 bucks and they tasted like cardboard with a bad flavor/ aftertaste Shame, this place was the go to for pizza or steak cheese subs but they have gone so far downhill that I'll never return. They use frozen crusts apparently as stacked by the dozens as sauce is no longer sweet or zesty as bland, canned and cheese measured out like subway as asked for Xtra cheese and hate to think what it would have looked like if I didn't. Don't bother going here as your better off making a pie at home. Something has changed here as original owner retired and kids running it obviously don't care enough to serve a quality fresh product. I'd rather eat a frozen store bought than this junk. Time will tell but fully expect place to be gone in next couple of years if this poor quality product is continually served as this lifetime customer no longer going to patronize a place that cranks out one of the worst pizzas you'll...

I’ve been to Zesty’s a few times now and tried a couple of different things. Their menu ranges from salads to pizza to dinners, also offering a kid’s menu. My kids favorite is their chicken strips dinner with french fries and onion rings. It’s a good size dinner. I love their steak tip salad and the steak is deliciously cooked to your taste as long as you request it, however, I think the salad could have a bit more steak. This place is very popular and it gets super busy at meal times, so one must want to order in advance for take out or get there a little before the busy times so the wait is not too long. I have yet to try the pizza, but I know they have a kid individual size cheese pizza and my kid approved of that. It’s a very pleasant family place...
