The McDonald's in question is at 339 squire Rd, Revere, MA, in other words it's at Northgate shopping center. Beautiful service here always with a smile, unless it's B4 6am. Management is great, very clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing, inside and out. Also you are at Northgate shopping plaza, after u eat and have coffee, you go take a look around at the stores maybe do some food shopping, then hit the gym. Because Planet Fitness is right across the parking lot along with 15-20 different stores that I haven't mentioned. From Mcydees you jump on the highway, rte 1 north , maybe go to square one mall or the many businesses on route 1 north and south. TIP-- WHEN DRIVING ROUTE 1 NORTH THE FIRST 4 EXITS ARE ORIGINAL OVERPASSES, YOU CAN GET OFF AT EACH ONE TO SEE THE MANY RESTAURANTS,SHOPS ETC.. BUT ALSO YOU CAN USE THEM TO TURN AROUND TO GO SOUTHBOUND OR YOU CAN USE THE BACK ROADS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THEM TO SKIP TRAFFIC OR EVEN AVOID AN ACCIDENT. 1- FIRST ONE IS WHERE THE MINIATURE GOLF WAS WITH THE DINOSAUR,NOW IT'S A LOT OF NOTHING JUST MORE OF THE SAME BOX STORES, DUNKS . BUT IF YOU GET IN THE RIGHT LANE BEFORE YOU GET TO IT, TAKE THE EXIT RIGHT AFTER THE BRIDGE. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE TO GO UNDER IT FIRST.THEN FOLLOW THE ROAD UP TO THE BRIDGE GET ON THE BYWAY BUT STAY STRAIGHT INSTEAD OF TAKING A RIGHT TO GO BACK SOUTH,AND ABOT 1/4 OF A MILE ON YOUR RIGHT IS SQUARE 1 MALL. IF U STAY STRAIGHT INSTEAD OF TURNING IN THE MALL AND YOU'LL END UP ON MAIN ST. MELROSE WITH A TON OF SMALL STORES, RESTAURANTS,THE HOSPITAL OR IF YOU JUST WANT TO RELAX, THERE IS SMALL LAKE ACROSS FROM HOSPITAL WITH DUCKS,FISHING, KITE FLYING ETC . 2-- THE SECOND EXIT,UNDERPASS, IS ONLY ABOUT A MILE PAST THE FIRST. JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE GO UNDER THEN TURN RIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BRIDGE.DO THE SAME AS FIRST,BUT THIS TIME INSTEAD OF TURNING RIGHT TURN LEFT AND U WILL COME UPON A SEA OF PARKING SPOTS . IN THIS PLAZA THERE IS ABOUT 20+ BUSINESSES 360'. IF YOU'D STAY STRAIGHT ON THE BRIDGE INSTEAD OF TURNING YOU WOULD COME UP ON A BACK ROAD THAT BRINGS YOU TO THE FELLSWAY WEST OR EAST. BREAKHART RESERVATION ENTRANCE IS ON THE LEFT ,STRAIGHT WOULD TAKE YOU TO WAKEFIELD. 3-- THE THIRD EXIT BRINGS U TOO KELLYS Roast BEEF, DO I NEED TO SAY MORE???ERE 4--- 4TH EXIT ON THE BUSINESS DISTRICT OF ROUTE 1, IF YOU DO THE SAME TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY THEN GO OVER BRIDGE TURN LEFT AGAIN AND THERE IS KHOLS:,PAPA GINOS, MODELLS, TACO BELL, AND...
Read moreI’m a woman with a physical disability that uses a mobility scooter and order from the kiosk as it’s easier then the counter! Iv been a customer of this stor for 8 yrs!!! I ordered an egg white sausage biscuit! (I’m allergic to cheese) I get a regular egg, sausage and cheese biscuit!!!!!😱 so I come up to the counter and let them know that they must have gotten my order wrong and it could have caused a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION AS IM ALLERGIC TO CHEESE! The man behind the counter says he will make me a new one without any apology or concern on his face and says they don’t have egg whites!!!?? But I let him know I ordered that and it was available on the kiosk menu inside the restaurant!! WITH THE RUDEST VOICE AND TOTALL callousness he tells me he has no control over the menu board!!??? So I ask to speak with a manager he says he is the manager! 🤯😱I couldn’t BELIEVE HOW RUDE AND UNALARMED HE WAS ABOUT NEARLY CAUSING A SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY AND NOT CARING THAT THEIR MENU WAS ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO ORDER SOMETHING THAT DOESNT EXIST IN THE KITCHEN! I was so alarmed I asked him for the name and contact of his GM and he refused! I asked him to write his name down on my receipt and he refused! I asked him why such horrible customer service? Why such a horrid attitude towards a non threatening disabled citizen! He was a complete Ahole!!! So he tells me to GET OUT OF HIS RESTAURANT!?!?? But I hadn’t done anything wrong!!! THEY DID SOMETHING VERY WRONG BY SERVING ME SOMEONE ELSES ORDER AND AN ALLERGEN I DIDNT ORDER AND GOD FORBID I BIT INTO IT FAST WITHOUT LOOKING!!! Then this “manager” Sergio Arias states he is calling the police!!!!! IM SHOCKED SO I TELL HIM I WILL CALL BECAUSE HE IS BEING A DISCRIMINATING horrid person! The police where AMAZING and very polite and give me the GMs name and urge me to call in the morning!!! They held the doors open for me because this restaurant isn’t ADA compliant and doesn’t have automatic doors! I contacted corporate as soon as I get home and they too told me this is unacceptable and that both the GM and the franchise owner will be contacting me and I truly hope this person no longer works there because Sergio has no customer service skills and is ruder then a drunk in a bar! WILL BE BOYCOTTING THIS MCDONALDS TILL THEY TREAT THE DISABLED AND THOSE WITH ALLERGIES WITH RESPECT BECAUSE WE ARE PAYING FOR OUR FOOD!!! We deserve respect...

I used to visit this McDonald's location all the time before the pandemic, and it was always staffed by responsible and competent managers. Tony, in particular, was amazing! If your food ever took too long to come out, or you had a problem with your order, he would always take care of you. The other male manager, I forget their name, was also really good. However, the women who replaced Tony and the other male manager, about a year ago, have not been doing a very good job.
Pieces of egg shell in the egg McMuffins, waiting around for 30 to 40 minutes for a pick-up order to be finished that was placed through the app, cheese missing on cheeseburgers, not having chocolate milk for Happy Meals even though it says that they have it in the app, burnt fries, dry nuggets, and not having toys that are advertised and then getting the Happy Meal with a much older toy inside are just a few of the issues that I've had in the past few months.
I'm not one to complain unless there's a serious issue because I know that this is a fast paced and demanding job. However, I really do think that the people who work here just don't care. The managers will just watch you stand there waiting for a half an hour and say nothing to you.
Furthermore, some of the employees don't seem to know what they're doing and don't seem to be very fluent in English.
I don't mind waiting around a bit if it's extra busy, or if I have to explain something again to someone who is a non-native English speaker, but this is just another problem, of many, that this particular location is suffering from.
Complaining directly to the staff, or through the website makes little to no difference. Nothing changes.
The alternative is just visiting another McDonald's location which is inconvenient and no guarantee that you're going to receive better service, as other locations nearby are just...
