Dandee Donut Factory — Restaurant in Revere

The food is incredible everything me and my family ordered was really good 👍 I had pancakes, and my daughter had steak and cheese and my mom had french toast. So the food was excellent. But the service was so HORRIBLE. I mean the lady from behind the counter who was supposed to be just behind the counter taking orders and running food. There was not 1 WAITRESS ??? Which makes no sense because if you have ever been inside it's a pretty big restaurant to not have one single waitress on. So in light of their not being a waitress on the lady behind the counter that was our waitress but not our waitress brought us our food brought us all the wrong food our food came out before our drinks came out afte the food so my mother simply asked if her coffee was coming out because she didn't know if she had forgotten it and the lady that was our fake waitress snipped at my mother was extremely rude and for the rest of the time that me my daughter and my mother were there eating the lady did not come back to the table once and was cackling us to the two people that were sitting behind us she was actually screaming so the whole restaurant could hear some people just need patience thank God you guys are nice lol. I cannot remember her name otherwise I would post it I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant and also my mother is an extremely good tipper like I have to tell her to not give so much so she really missed out anyway the food is good the service is horrible because there is no service my opinion and my advice is to go through...

Oh, it was like waking up and walking into heaven. After dropping off friends at Logan I decided to check out this place recommended by a friend of mine. I’m so glad I did! I met the owner David Ferrara who was very welcoming! Me not so sure though, even though it was 5:30 in the morning. The donut selection was extraordinary and plentiful with so many varieties to choose from. David personally filled my order with a nice selection of donuts. I noticed while there that they serve a very broad menu. They have breakfast, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, burgers, soups and salad along with a nice array of sides. There’s plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a nice relaxing meal there too. To accompany all the above there is a nice beverage selection for those wanting a tasty hot or cold beverage. The location was clean, bright, and vibrant with plenty of parking and easy access to Revere Beach Parkway. Now that I found this place and how close it is to the airport it will be on my radar when I’m in the area again. I’ll be letting others know about this gem in Revere. This place is a hit or miss, no consistency with the food. I've tried them four times. My first visit, I got donuts for my daughter and I. They were actually good, second visit, I purchased pancakes which weren't too bad and a nice size. I figured I would go back and order breakfast on my third visit, but this time the pancakes were small in size, all three different dimensions/size, no bigger than the ones you can get from McDonalds for a less price, the bacon was cooked to a crisp and crumbled opposed to slices. I figured it was just a bad day so I would give them another chance. I went for a fourth time and had the same experience as my third, only worst because I chose to sit and dine. They were under staffed, I asked for coffee, had to wait for them to bring my cream, thank goodness it was an iced coffee, I asked for butter for my pancakes, it took so long I just ate them because I didn't want them to get cold, three bites away from completioin the waitress brings me the butter. I get the bill and relized I was slightly over charged by $5. Not only that, some of the prices are ridiculous. It cost $1.98 for one egg, and $3.99 for bacon crumbles. I doubt I would be...
