My family has gotten dominios from this location for 3 years now, sometimes pick-up, mostly delivery though. We live in an apartment complex, and it’s a maze, so I have made sure I give as much ease to the drivers by going out to our streets and meeting them if they call having any troubles. The workers are often times kind and considerate, including one driver Daniel, he’s a saint. The food however does not meet these expectations, it is sometimes burnt, sometimes undercooked, most times flat out wrong in more ways than one. This including but NOT limited to meat on/in any type of food specifically ordered without meat, pizza toppings either wrong or misplaced (Ex. Half and half not being half and half but full, or missing a topping entirely), receiving the incorrect drinks. You name it, they’ve probably done it. You write it down don’t you? I’m speaking your language? I want the food that I ordered please, this is ridiculous. My kindness in going out for my food is no longer an “If they have problems” issue but a “which road will it be this time” issue. They are kind, and wonderful, and I do understand it is a maze, but make an effort? I’m unsure if higher-ups tell them to not even bother with apartments because it sure feels like it. If I’m leaving my house, I might as well just get in the car and get it myself, which I have had to do on multiple occasions because they won’t even enter the premises. I payed for delivery, and had to pick it up? Not quite what delivery means. But, when they make the food right, it’s good. Real good, and worth the money.
I’m not a picky eater, but man does this location make...
Read moreI placed at online order around 12:15 or so. I received a notification on the website that my driver was on their way followed by a text mirroring that statement a minute later. I patiently waited almost an hour before I finally contacted the store. The person I spoke with immediately started screaming at me that they had texted and called me when they arrived and that there had to be something wrong with my phone. When we contacted the store again to speak to a supervisor we were met with more rudenes, cursing, and hang ups. I have ordered from this address from other restaurants numerous times and have never had a delivery issue. Yes, I ordered from the bedroom not the living room. Yes, I did get texts and a voicemail that came through after I spoke with my driver. But as far as I'm aware there are no issues with T-Mobile in my area. And even if there was a problem with my service provider a restaurant should not take an accusatory stance and act like I'm wasting their time when I'm attempting to give them money. I ordered from this location all the time in college and, though it has been some years, I can tell things have changed. I love Domino's food and I'm thoroughly disappointed at the experience...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas via the app; one pizza no cheese due to a child with lactose allergy. Order arrived in a timely manner, but both pizzas had cheese. Called to get the no cheese pizza and was told to hold on to the other pizza with cheese for exchange. After 2 hours of waiting I called again to ask about status, was told just a few minutes. Another 45 minutes called again and cancelled all together. Stuck with a cold, wasted pizza, that was supposed to be exchanged (wasted) and a hungry kid. Extremely disappointed. Also ironic that I donated money to charity through the app with my order and then Dominoes wastes an entire pizza that could have fed people in need because I was supposed to save the untouched incorrect order at their request. Now, 3 hours later, that goes in the trash, and the correct order is still undelivered. The “pizza insurance” commercials are laughable and a prime example of corporate marketing dishonesty. Back to the local pizza shops for me, try Oreland Pizza or even small chain Coal Fire for something better and...
