The Basement — Restaurant in Cheney

This is my favorite bar in Cheney. The people that work there are great, and the value proposition is pretty unbelievable - half off drinks until 11:30 a couple nights a week? Drinking there is cheaper than anywhere else in town!

The staff do a great job of dressing the place up for holidays and special occasions too. Halloween is a treat.
