Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

People anymore are insatiable. No matter how much you try to help a customer, if they don't get something for nothing, they're not happy. That is why I'm writing this review. I've been ordering from this location for the past 2 years. In these past 2 years, I've only had 1 hiccup, my specialty pizza didn't come with one of the toppings it was supposed to come with. So I called, only bc the specialty pizzas are a bit pricey, and told the very nice and overly helpful gentleman that a topping was missing. He apologized, said the next one was on them, and that was just as it was. A fresh new pizza on the house at my discretion. It's as simple as that ppl. If you expect the world from everyone, you're gonna be constantly disappointed. If you understand mistakes happen, just as you, yourself make mistakes, you'll find that life is a whole lot easier than being miserable. I say this bc being in the restaurant business is extremely exhausting dealing with hundreds of miserable ppl on a day to day basis. On October 16th I ordered a pizza and brownie for delivery. I then received an email for a free emergency pizza. Today I tried to order the free pizza. The email sent me to open The Domino’s app and I proceeded to order the pizza I wanted, which was a medium two topping pizza. However, the app proceeded to charge me full price which was over $20. I then tried to order the pizza on the website which was also frustrating. There was nowhere on the app or the website in which to order the free pizza so I called the Cherry Hill Domino’s where my previous order had come from. The young woman I spoke to was unable to help me after 15 minutes on the phone. I became very frustrated. Why is this not user-friendly? You advertise this free promotion on TV, on your website and app and yet I cannot redeem it! No one can seem to help me!! I’m very disappointed in Domino’s and will likely never order...

Never again shall I come here. First they act like they didn’t know about any deals and tried charging me 18.99 per pie until my bf asked for the receipt and I looked online for the deals and found the deals. So I got my money back and ordered online. My meal went from over $35 to $22.97 for the same order. We got home and the pizza that we ordered was very nasty. My ordered consisted of cheesesteak pizza but all we got was sprinkle of cheesesteak. This place will never compare to the Dominoes I had prior to coming to this location. Make sure before entering this location you check for deals online because this place will try to get over on you. Never again and if I could I would have given no stars.
