Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Gone here a couple times and gotten the standard "we don't really care" attitude and that is what it as, I got my order and things were usually correct. Today I was charged for multiple drinks when I had only ordered my regular, I asked about this immediately as I was handed the recipiet (less than a minute after they ran my card) and was told "I can't do anything to fix that and neither can the manager". Worst part is they didn't even give me the drinks they charged for, just said "Come back another time and I'll fix it".... I used to come to this Dunkin' multiple times a week in the mornings and always had a great experience — the staff was friendly, and service was quick. However, this was my first time visiting in the afternoon, and unfortunately, it was a completely different experience. I asked a simple question about a charge for a pup cup, since I had never been charged for it in the past. I wasn't upset — just curious — but the employee was rude and completely dismissive. I've been stopping here regularly since I'm taking a class at Camden County College. Every time I go in, the staff is friendly and gets my order right. If I am going to pay $3 for a coffee I want it the way I like it - just one cream (and no more!) with a shot of caramel. They always listen and get it right. Store is clean but I docked them one star because of the entrance to the plaza they are in isn't marked very well. Blew by it...
