I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day and they have an attitude every single day today I turned in my rewards. I drop my kids off at school. My baby was a little upset. I rushed my mobile order. I accidentally hit medium on my free coffee instead of large I had a lot of cream and sugar that I had added to it because it was supposed to be a large when I get to the window. I see that it’s only a medium. I explained to them real quick. Hey can you grab a large iced coffee cup put a little bit of coffee in the bottom of it and poured it in, I’ll pay the difference if you want it was my free reward. They gave me all kinds of problems. I have a baby in the car. They asked me to come inside. I told them no it took two minutes to get a large iced coffee cup with just a teeny bit of iced coffee at the bottom so I could fix my coffee , they’re yelling at me. There’s people in line… I don’t care if there’s people in the line if it’s a problem that can be fixed in less than 30 seconds but because they have such an attitude. It takes two minutes to fix something so simple.. so I am sick and tired of the attitude that they have at that Dunkin’ Donuts each customer is supposed to be valued not a whole quantity of customers if your problem takes less than 30 seconds to solve, then they should have no problem taking care of you in your drive-through. it’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t treat you like a customer but like cattle. Being fast shouldn’t come at the cost of your customer service and attitude. They gave me a problem the last time I came because I wanted to scan my Dunkin rewards app and then they’re like oh money money money I was paying with my phone so I had to pull up my app to pay with my phone. Read moreI come every day, because i work down the street, and normally, theyve been really good about getting my orders in correctly. Occasionally theres been a slight mixup between a coffee vs tea, but i usually let that slide. Today was probably the worst experience ive experienced with them. Not only did they try to play off lipton tea as their standard tea bag (its not, its DD breakfast black tea, which tastes remarkably like tetley's blend) only when i brought it up, did they actively try to remake it.
The food i also ordered was "a blueberry bagel, plain untoasted" and a sausage egg and cheese on a croisant. I was given the correct bagel, but given a snack wrap. Also my order ticket said maple bacon egg and cheese
how you can take an order, confirm it, punch it wrong into your computer (the order is then sent to the "kitchen" where the employee makes my food via a computer screen) if my order said "maple bacon egg and cheese" i dont know how it can be interpreted as snack wrap. Literally none of those words have similar makeup phonetically.
Except for maybe the short A sound.

The last straw was when I ordered food, I waited paitently for 10 min until I could get to someone to get my order. Apparently it was sitting way too long so I asked to remake my toast - they gave attitude and simple reheated it - I had avocado toast, the avocado is supposed to be cold while the toast is warm yet they toasted the entire thing and the avocado spread was hot - not how it is supposed to be. The fact they blamed me and did not redo my order despite me being so understanding and patient and the fact it was their fault for not calling my order when it was first done just turned me off - so I will never again go here.
