McDonald's — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

May 7th 2023 I went to this McDonald’s. I ordered a bunch of breakfast items through drive thru. I went home and we started to eat. While my son was cutting up, and eating his order of hot cakes there was a blade placed underneath his pancakes. My son and I saw the blade at the same time, and looked at each other. We were both shocked, and in disbelief. I called the McDonald’s and went back right away. The woman manager gave me a refund and apologized. I told her this is unacceptable. I’m so grateful that we saw the blade before it caused any damage. I would never ever go to McDonald’s again ! This taught me to just cook at home and not put my families safety in jeopardy. Someone should be fired for doing that ! The blade was placed there perfectly on purpose. If you don’t like your job than please find another one. Glad my son wasn’t hurt, however that is unacceptable. Anytime before this incident this McDonald’s always got my orders wrong!!! I still came back because the location was convenient. I now don’t eat at any McDonald’s. Cooperate called to apologize and stated they would send me something in the mail. I never heard from them again, and never received anything...

So I always come here and never an issue food is always good.. Might forget something here and there.. But lemme tell you I just left from here and the girl at the window smh ghetto and no customer service..she hands me my food and closes the window and starts dancing..I say I didn't get my other drink..she goes huh but with a little shake to her head n her lip up..I said it again u forgot my drink..a coke coke no ice..she hands it to me closes the window I put my drink out I said I didn't want any ice..grabs the drink take a good 3 minutes just to give me another drink hands it to me I say thank u..she closes the window no nothing..y'all need to evaluate who u have attending to your drive thru customers because she had no type of anything..in all my experience working in retail and fast food if you don't like your job get another one or if you think a customer is rude just wish them well and off to a good day..CUSTOMER SERVICE..I guess since it's McDonald's they can act how they want.. And I get home to drink my COKE and it's a damn sweet tea..SMH check your...

Stopped here with my family to grab fries for our son. We put it through as a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. No one acknowledged us or called out our order just left it on the counter. The dining area and every single table was dirty/sticky. The whole time we were waiting on our order one of the workers friends was leaning over the pick up counter eating and talking. He continued to lean over the counter talking after our food was placed directly underneath him. Our bag was open and we watched him touch our bag repeatedly. My fiance went to get our food (the guy didnt move over or anything even after seeing a customer trying to get their food) and asked for new fries since he was practically on top of our open bag spitting while talking. He then got an attitude about our request and started an argument with my fiance. Not one worker said a word. The fries we got were old, cold, and stale.
