Wawa — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

I stopped in to get fuel this morning. Usually when I arrive before 4am its the same person working there glued to their phone. He never acknowledges you as he is too busy staring at his phone watching something. I asked him to fill it up premium and finally when he gets back to the pump he asks what type of fuel I wanted again. This is the first he has said anything to me in several visits. I communicated premium once again. As he pumps the gas while still glued to his phone he selects regular. I had to get his attention to stop the pump so he could put the right fuel in my car. I get that its early morning and there is not much going on. However, each time I have gone this early for fuel there it seems like I am inconveniencing this person. Going forward I will go out of my way to a different location so I don’t interrupt this employee from his...

I was at this Wawa location and I had pulled up to get gas and the gas attendant named Jason completely ignored me and decided to fill up someone else who had pulled up after I had been waiting for at least 10 mins. Then I go up to ask him if he can fill up my wife’s car since we were already there in front of other people and next in line and he tells me “I can refuse to serve you because you’re being rude”. I can’t believe it, I asked him nicely and he reacted rudely towards me, if he would have just said I’m sorry about that I will be right over to fill you up I would of had a better review and I always go to this Wawa for gas and have never encountered someone as rude as Jason. He needs to be trained better in customer service or no longer be...

This really is a fantastic new Wawa. There is plenty of parking. It's reasonably easy to get in and out. The staff are friendly, attentive and work with a sense of urgency. Probably the best thing about this place is that it has 2 free air compressors, so if someone is putting air in their tires you don't have to wait. This place is easy to see from the road but it can be difficult to figure out how to drive in, but this new location is much easier to get out of.

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the gas prices are higher than surrounding stations. I would love to get gas there because of the convenience but I can't justify spending that much...
