McDonald's — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

I am really sad to write this review! I used to drive passed other locations just to get to this one. I used to have amazing service here. Ever since the new remodel at this location i have had the worst service! Today especially, on our lunch break for work my husband went in and ordered 2 double quarter pounders one with no onions. when he got back to work they only had 1 double quarter pounder in the bag and the other one that required no onions was only a quarter pounder. So i called the restaurant and told the manager on duty what happened and that i couldnt come back right then because i was done ny lunch break she told me that was fine just to bring back the receipt and they would replace it. i told her i would be back with the sandwich after work for the replacement and that i was eating the because it was my lunch time she said it was fine bring in teh receipt everything was handled perfectly up to this point.

After work i returned with the receipt and the box to prove i wasnt lying about getting the wrong sandwich. The next manager on replaced my sandwich then tells me with an attitude “next time bring me back the sandwich!” I told her what was said to me on the phone and she just kept getting nasty. I told her it was 4 hours ago that this had occurred her ignorant response was “well you should have brought it back 4 hours ago” when I explained to her my lunch break was over i was at work” her ignorant response again was “well im at work now” do...

I don't go to McDonalds often, but there was no line in the drive thru, upon entering I was greeted by the drive thru cashier with the most generic I hate my job, but I have bills to pay demeanor. Followed by being completely impatient as this isn't a place, I order food from often. When I proceeded to ask what sauces were available, he told me "Whatever you like sir" as if I knew the restaurants ins and outs like the back of my hand. I asked for a specific sauce, and he said we don't have that, so I stuck with a basic sauce of honey mustard. Which in the end they didn't even include any sauce. I understand that there can be crabby customers, but I surely wasn't one of them, but I was treated as such. Truthfully, I don't even care that they forgot the sauce, I understand that this is a fast-paced environment and we're only bound to make mistakes as humans. But it takes two seconds to be a decent...

YES! This McDonald’s surprised me to be one of the BEST I’ve been yet. Upon entering first thing I notice is how Clean the entire restaurant is., but what’s even More impressive is that my order was a customized, as I paid for my food I was given my cup to fill up my drink and by the time I filled up my drink, just like magic my food was already on the table wheee my number was! This was impressive to say the least! Not to mention the man at the front counter was a complete delight to not only myself but to every customer, the work place morale seemed to be nothing short of excellent as well.. at I ate and wrote this review in store, employees coming in for their shift are smiling saying goodmorning, yes, SMILING to come into work.. warms my heart to see this. Almost makes me want to grab a uniform and join in! I will definitely be back...
