I’ve been to spot a number of times, mainly because my friends wanted to go. Today, I had a really disappointing experience at Saigon Spice. When I was ordering in Vietnamese, the waitress made unnecessary and rude comments about my accent (or lack thereof due to being born in America) and asked why I was speaking Vietnamese ‘like that.’ The waitress tried to laugh it off as a joke it was clear she only did that upon seeing my friends and my reaction. As a Vietnamese American, I was excited to support this restaurant and connect with my culture, but being mocked for my effort ruined my appetite. I’d expect this type of attitude from more Asian areas like California, but not from NJ restaurant.

More importantly, the food isn’t good enough to justify the prices. Taking the train over to Philly on Washington Avenue will get you better and cheaper Vietnamese food. I...

Came here to introduce my boyfriend to Vietnamese food and he loved it! He ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli noodles and said it was some of the best chicken he’s ever had. It was flavorful and tender, and overall it was very refreshing

I ordered the house deluxe pho and loved it myself. Broth was perfect for these winter days and meat was plentiful. Tripe was easy to eat and the tendon was my favorite as always

We were asked if we wanted ice water or hot tea and we got both. They kindly provided, without us asking, a regular fork and spoon for the vermicelli noodles just in case (which were needed). Seating area was spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. Lots of value here considering the prices were lower than I expected and the portions so big

Definitely recommend for anyone in the area regardless of whether you’ve had...

We had a fantastic meal at Saigon Spice in Cherry Hill! I tried the bone-in chicken pho for the first time, it was absolutely delicious. The flavor reminded me of Chinese-style steamed chicken with ginger and scallion, although this comes on the side of the pho with a spicy dipping sauce. Only feedback I have for the chicken was slightly over cooked, making some pieces more chewy. But overall, still very good.

My kids had the grilled pork over rice and the rocket shrimp egg roll, both were hits! The pork was juicy and well-seasoned, and the egg roll was crispy with great texture and taste.

This spot is definitely going on my list of go-to Vietnamese places in Cherry Hill. Great food, good portions, and a solid overall experience. We’ll...

Tried out the new Vietnamese restaurant next to Hung Vuong supermarket. The spring rolls and pho were delicious - I got the brisket and meat ball pho - the broth was warm and clear - and the meat was plentiful! It was clear the owners were using high quality ingredients - the meatballs were not your average store bought beef ball. Overall the pricing was quite reasonable and they their portions were plentiful. The restaurant itself was beautiful - a modern yet classic representation of Vietnamese culture. They are in their soft opening, so we were patient and understood that they were still trying to optimize the flow of their restaurant. 5 stars for this family owned and operated business - we will come back to try the rest of the items on the menu.
