Husband and I and our two kids came into the store. We didn’t know it was inside a subway. we ordered 3 cups. 2 small and 1 large and the large was completely full and MELTED and I complained to the woman working there and instead of refunding me she just gave me a SMALL cup instead of the large I paid for.

$30 for 3 cups of Menchie’s and my large was completely slush consistency and instead of giving me a new large one… the woman only let me “refill” a small cup. Definitely not impressed and I will be calling Head office.

Stay away from this place, unless you want to get scammed! They don't have much variety and the flavors taste terrible! Even the toppings taste better than the yogurt. They put the spoons on the weighting scale. My family didn't even get much and we had to pay $10 for just for a little bit of yogurt. The lady said the spoons didn't weight anything, THEN WHY PUT IT IN!?!? Stay away from Menchies! This is definitely our first and last time at Menchies in Cherry Hill. If you want reasonably-priced frozen yogurt AND better taste, go to Kiwi Yogurt...

Pass this shop almost daily as I get on 295. Decided I’d pop in one day as I was craving frozen yogurt. My go to anywhere is always the tart, which was excellent. The chocolate was good but ran melted right out of the machine. Third flavor was birthday cake, and tasted nothing like birthday cake.
