Update: their drive-through service is really good. I do have to give them serious credit for that.
Old: With its beautiful location, this should be a great Starbucks, but it's just not. It's cold and anesthetized like a Starbucks clinic. The seats, everywhere, are uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In fact, no one on the premises is particularly welcoming at all. I wanted creamer and sugar with my Americano, but there's no access for any self-service due to "post-Covid restrictions." Really? They can't provide creamer packets or sugar packets for the public? I have sensitive documents on my laptop, so I generally use my hotspot when I'm out; however, my wifi hotspot always goes out here. Always, which interrupts my work. To top it off, I had my laptop plugged in to the outlet under the long bench only to realize in the end that the power outlet wasn't working. Read moreUpdate: extremely confused how it takes 15 + minutes to pour a nitro cold brew when ordered in advance with the mobile app.... the mobile app is suppose to help speed up the process of getting your drink and it apparently does not apply here. Then to get attitude from the staff when letting them know I have been waiting over 15 mins for my drink is pretty ridiculous. This is literally the most inefficient Starbucks I have been too and this is a consistent experience every time I come here. It's as.if they prioritize the drive through and have drinks pile up for people who can not even get them cause there in line while the people inside the store or who ordered in the mobile app get out on the back burner.

Read moreI recently ordered the Pistachio Latte at this Starbucks, and it was a total disappointment. There was absolutely no pistachio flavor—just a bland, milky mess that tasted nothing like what I expected. It’s honestly the worst latte I’ve ever had from Starbucks.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, their response was anything but helpful. The follow-up was generic and lacked any genuine concern or effort to make things right. It felt like they were just checking a box instead of actually addressing my issue.
I’m not a big Starbucks fan to begin with, but I used to at least look forward to the seasonal Pistachio Latte. After this experience, I’m not even interested in giving it another shot. If this is the kind of quality and service Starbucks is offering, I’ll be taking my coffee...
