Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Went there on a Friday night to get take out for dinner. Normally any Chinese restaurant 10-15 mins max for your order & that is exactly what they told me. My order was placed 5:41 & I finally got it at 6:25. For a straight up dinner for 3. Nothing fancy. In the mean time the place is run by children. Two 12yr olds took my order as well as the patrons eating in. Along with 7yr old boys fighting over who was going to take the drinks to the table. Where are the adults? I didn't see any until the delivery kid, maybe 17 walked in to pick up another order. When finally I thought I had my dinner it wasn't. As I am looking thru the bag touching all the food that wasn't mine, did an adult come out of the kitchen and tell me still not ready. I still had 10 mins to wait for my meal to be ready. What??? Food was ok but to wait 45 mins and to be run by children I say...

Our experience at Four Seasons was amazing! Food: every table gets chips and sweet sauce, as well as complementary hot tea. We ordered edamame beans as an appetizer, and they were pretty good. My husband had Won Ton soup, and I had Hot and Sour. They were both good, especially Won Ton. Then we had Sweet and Sour Chicken and Sesame Chicken, both came with pork fried rice and egg roll. Everything was delicious! Loved the food! Service: the place is probably family owned, as we were served by a mother and a daughter. They were very nice and friendly. Atmosphere: the place is clean and quiet. The Voice China was on the TV, and I loved watching it! Amazing atmosphere.

All-in-all, we expected to just have a quick meal, but ended up with a real "dinner out" experience for a great price....

If you order anything that consists of brown sauce or gravy DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Their sauce is gelatin like and putting it over rice is like brown jelly. GROSS! I ordered chicken & broccoli. I called to let them know about the brown jelly sauce and they said that’s the way it is. They replaced it and when I brought the white rice that came with it, they told me it was A charge for it. Said they wouldn’t replace it because I didn’t have a problem with the rice and only the chicken & broccoli. It’s white rice! And I wanted it hot just like I wanted the chicken & broccoli. Drove all the way back there for the chicken & broccoli to look exactly how it did the first time. I’ll never step foot in this...
