McDonald's — Restaurant in Cherry Valley Township

This location is super easy to get to as it's on my way home and since I work closes, I enjoy it's open late. The staff is always okay but I have never waited anywhere longer for food than at this location after 9 pm. Every time ive gone through this drive through, mind you it's been 3 times now in the last 2 weeks, it takes 45+ minutes. The staff always states there is only 2 or 3 people working and that is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! You are far too busy to be under staffing this location like this every night and working your employees so far into the ground and setting them up to be punching bags! It's disgusting corporate choices like this that generate terrible customer service because theyre tired and being screamed at for long wait times. Youre also losing tons of business due to people leaving line and not wanting to wait. Plus, your staff is making unnecessary mistakes because of also being worked into...

The young girl with the turban who hands the food out and the girl with red braids, both made me feel like I was bothering them. There is no concept of “customer service”. I ordered my fries fresh but when the order takers took my order it was rang in on the opposite drive thru screen, so maybe they didn’t ring that part in. I’m not sure. But no one wants to spend $ and be made to feel like they’re a bother. You ladies are being PAID to hand out a bag of food it does not cost to be nice, crack a smile. People can sense when you’re being rude or have an attitude. And neither were genuinely nice. U should not be mugging me because my order was not rung in correctly. The past few times I've been there they have completely screwed up my order. I called when I got home to inform them of the missing food and my burnt bun and nobody answered. The phone just rang and rang. No answering machine either. Then today I was in the drivethru and it was taking forever. I probably was in the drivethru for about 20 min. The car in front of me at the pay window pulled forward, mind you there was still a car at the pickup window waiting for food, and the lady at the window yelled at me to move forward. By this time I had been waiting about 10 min or more. And i got so mad because I ended waiting at the pay window for another 5 min while the 2 cars ahead of me was still waiting for their order.
