Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Chesapeake Beach

Never had a bad pizza from this location. The Shaq-a-Roni pizza is incredible! Over a half a pound of cheese, extra pepperoni, and XL NY crust. It is perfect. You can tell when you pick up the box how heavy it is. Perfect crust and sauce. All for a really low price. Papa dough bucks makes this deal even slicker. Please don't end this deal!

I made the mistake of ordering a XL pepperoni pizza from Dominoes at Ches. Bch. a few weeks ago. Worst pizza ever! I have had better frozen pizza. My review is there too. It was very light when I picked it up. I knew it was going to be bad. It had a super thin crust, hardly any sauce, very little cheese, and about 1/4 of the pepperoni of the Shaq-a-Roni. They cut a XL very unevenly into 6 pieces! Who does that? Some slices were huge. And some were very small. I used to manage a Pizza Hut. I know how to make a proper pizza. I used to get in trouble because we loaded pizzas with topping which drove up the cost of sales. But I doubled the sales.

If you want a excellent big filling pizza and like pepperoni, get a Shaq-a-Roni. You won't be...

Any time my family orders pizza, we alternate between Papa John's and Dominos. The kids and my boyfriend are loyal Papa John's customers. Or, they were until today. We ordered a large cheese pizza, large pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and buffalo chicken poppers. The delivery was pretty quick. It always has been. But- the pizza's looked like they were dropped. This is not how anyone wants to receive their food. Cheese and sauce were pushed off the cheese pizza and some was stuck onto the top of the box. It was extremely unappealing.

Ratings... If you like having your food delivered quickly after ordering your food I give Papa John's 3 stars for that. But, handling the food I deducted 1 stars giving a total of 2 stars. I would have given more if I felt the food had more flavor. It taste very bland though. Although, I had the chicken poppers and was rather surprised on how good they were.

Note to Papa John's management.... I really feel as though management needs to stress the importance of how to properly handle food. Customers don't want...

I went to pick up a pizza I called in and stood there waiting for assistance to pay and be waited on for 5 minutes as everyone in cook line saw me and didnt say a word to me very unsatisfied and as I waited for my pizza to be finished after I finally was helped I watch a guy with long curly hair have a attitude with another employee about a customer's pizza not made correctly the guy employee threw his plate with his slice of pizza he was eating in front of register on counter saying to another employee that the customer with pizza that wasnt correct they dont speak English and was mumbling other stuff I couldn't make out under his breath so disgusted with what I saw I will never ever order from here agian where is the professionalism these days and the respect for others. Managment needs to do some work. And not to mention the employee that the guy employee was talking to looked at me and apologized for his behavior no need for a sweet employee to apologize for his disrespectful...
