Chick-fil-A consistently stands out from the crowd of fast food restaurant chains. I have never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A store, I can't say that about any other chain restaurant. It starts with the staff, always friendly, efficient and professional. It's a treat to walk into this store and interact with the employees who make me feel like a valued customer and truly seem to enjoy their jobs. The store is always clean and organized and inviting. Everything is shiny and new since they recently razed the building and rebuilt the store from the ground up.
Most people agree that Chick-fil-A food is pretty darn good, especially by fastfood standards. My wife and I favor the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich which is always crispy on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside. An order of delicious waffle fries is the perfect accompaniment to your sandwich. Other items I really enjoy at Chick-fil-A include chicken salad (cup or sandwich), grilled chicken club sandwich, and of the delectable chick-n-strips with dipping sauces. For breakfast I like to keep it simple with a nice chicken biscuit and some hash browns, always delicious. Do you want a drink with your meal? Eschew the usual soda pop and treat yourself to their refreshing and delicious fresh-squeezed lemonade or freshly-brewed iced tea. Bonus, you can enjoy their free Wi-Fi network during your visit to keep you connected.
Product quality is very consistent here across the board. Remember the scene from the 1993 movie Falling Down where Michael Douglas is going a little crazy with a submachine gun at Whammy Burger? Remember his reaction when he compares the sandwich in his hand with the picture on the menu board? That wouldn't have happened at Chick-fil-A, what they serve you actually looks like the picture on the board. You know the restaurant can get crazy busy at peak times with drive-through lines wrapped around the building and a sea of hungry mouths queued up at the order counter inside. I marvel at the speed and efficiency with which the staff operates in these situations. They never seem to get lost in the weeds and the lines move very swiftly.
I appreciate more than the food and customer service here. Chick-fil-A is a responsible employer that gives back to the communities they serve and maintains a proper sense or corporate responsibility. While I sometimes wish they were open on Sundays I appreciate the importance they place on giving their employees a break every week. All in all, this restaurant rocks and when it comes to fast food Chick-fil-A is definitely number...
Read moreI visited today, 12/22/22 around 1:45pm. I had the worst experience with a cashier, she was wearing an orange head band and was extremely rude. She rang in my order wrong, which I didn’t catch until reading my receipt, she then said that no it was correct. Yet, when the food arrived it was wrong. She carried herself very unprofessionally and her behavior did not represent the standards Chick-fil-A has for its employees. When asking for information on my order, instead of asking a question she mumbled, “drink!” When trying to ring in the order. Never once did she say “my pleasure,” inform me where I would receive my drinks, and when I asked for extra sauce on the order the bag only arrived with two sauce packets, for two meals. When I approached her for being rang up incorrectly she argued that it was correct and threw the receipt to another employees chest that she called over. I asked for no pickles, and she argued that I didn’t originally ask for that and got more of an attitude. It was embarrassing for her and others on the team came to me to apologize and fix my receipt. That is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 for this visit. Chick-fil-A can do way better and the operator should be embarrassed of this interaction and the tone it sets for this location. I am extremely disappointed in the behavior that this employee thinks is...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A more than your average person. I love the food and I come here often. This was my first time at this location. I'm visiting family and not usually in this area. I came with the plan to use my computer for a while, so I looked for a table near an outlet where I would sit for several hours. (Disclaimer, the store was never very busy while I was there and many open tables were around me, so no I wasn't taking up space they needed for other customers.) When I arrived and found a table, the several tables I was considering looked like they could use a wipe-down. I selected on of the cleaner tables, then noticed an employee and asked if I could use one of their wipes to wipe off the table. The woman, Renee, walked over with a clearly used rag in her hand and half-halfheartedly swiped the end of table while saying she had just wiped it and it wasn't "going to get any cleaner". After she walked away I nabbed a wipe from next to the trash can and cleaned off the table. Several spots could be both seen and felt, but were gone after I wiped the table. I don't know if she saw me, but when I passed her later while heading to the restroom she glared at me with an unpleasant look. Other employees seemed nice, but Renee had no "my pleasure" to offer me. Eat your yummy chicken, but...
