Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Chesapeake

This chuckle cheese deserves six stars, and I know there’s not a lot of games but we feel very welcome. I brought my grandkids this chuckle cheese after we left the one at Western branch due to the manager’s poor attitude and service. We walked in to the chuckle cheese at Sam’s Circle, a beautiful and kind hearted woman with a warm smile approached us welcomed us very professionally and greeted us with respect and kind heart. And her name is Jacqie, I hope I got the spelling right 😂. I straight out told her that now see that’s how you greet customers with a smile and respect. I shared our experience from earlier at their other location and she introduced me to her Manager his name is Brandon, I know I got the spelling right this time 😂, Jacqie mentioned that her manager is new but when we had a conversation with Brandon, he showed us the outmost respect and kind hearted that made us want to keep going to his establishment. He offered us food and drinks on the house. I got caught off guard and wasn’t expecting anything from him but he sincerely said he got it covered. And that my friend I want to thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️. My grandkids had so much fun 🤩 and thank you again. This morning, I was getting my grandkids ready for school and they asked me can we go see Ms. Jacque and the balled guy? I cracked up laughing 😂. Because of their experience at your facility that makes them want to visit again. From the deepest and bottom of our hearts 💕 I want to thank you Ms. Jacqie and Mr. Brandon for the amazing and wonderful experience that my grandkids had. God bless your hearts and please keep it going because you both deserve and make a difference in kids lives. Ms. Jacque and Mr. Brandon should be the employees of the year. Thank you again. Not a lot of options for things to do. Food is good. The older aged staff leave a lot to be desired as far as friendliness and good customer service. I was being helped by a new younger employee and while ordering food, she tried figuring out their computer system the best she could before asking a coworker for help. She was sweet as can be and had no negative attitude whatsoever. When the older woman came to help her, she asked “Did you not learn anything the first 2 times you were shown?”. I couldn’t hold in my disgust so in addition to giving her a nasty look, I told her that was a mean comment to make. She then said she was just joking and they had already shown the girl a couple of times how to do this task. I told her everyone learns at different paces and what she said is not okay. Again, she tried convincing me she was joking. I later told the younger employee that she does not need to let ANYONE disrespect her that way and there are plenty of jobs hiring. She said that this particular person has been repeatedly rude to her. There’s also an older gentleman there, and he’s also very friendly and helpful. Originally I didn't want to come back to this location due to the fact that I booked a party here last year for my son and I really didn't like the service and how the place seemed very unkempt and very dirty. But, my 7 year old really wanted her birthday here this year. So I gave in. And I will say I'm glad I did! This location has really revamped themselves in a great way! lets start off with the staff... better than last year! Our server for our party this year Michael was the best! He went above and beyond for the party. And I can tell he truly loves what he does here. The cashier at the front was amazing as well. I don't remember his name but he was very nice. And, The Chuck E. performer was very energetic compared to last year Next the location itself... they remodeled this and ill just say it looks amazing! I love that they have more games, now there's a dance floor for the Chuck E. and the kids can dance on, and no more singing robots that scare the kids! Over all the experience was truly amazing and I glad I changed my mind to come...
