I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this location. One of the employees, named Megan, behaved inappropriately during my visit. What started as casual small talk quickly turned into her making suggestive and unsolicited comments that made me feel pressured and uneasy. Her behavior crossed a line and was completely out of place in a professional setting like Starbucks. I couldn’t even think what to do after what she said to me. Seems like starbucks would appreciate that I've already ordered and paid and all they have to do is hand me the item. They literally told me with about 8 cars in front of me that I would have to wait until my "ready time" on the app to get in line. Seriously?! Then after giving me crap at the order window the employee continued to give me a hard time at the pick up window.....never again.....would much rather get my coffee from a local...
Read moreI work right next door to this Starbucks and have been here over 50 times. Let me tell you, this is the BEST STARBUCKS I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Every time I go, EVERY STAFF MEMBER turns to greet me in a professional manner. They engage in friendly conversation and the team work is impeccable. My food and drinks are always consistent, the perfect temperature and well made. This location should be a 10/10 example of how Starbucks service should be.
