Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chesapeake

This was on 12/26 the girl that was taking our order was extremely rude . When I asked for the toasted white chocolate latte they said that they discontinued the drink which is totally fine but she was rushing us to make another drink choice. Once we got to the window Christian with red/ pink ish hair was rude & immediately caught an attitude when I asked what drinks did I get . My order was wrong anyway from the rude person taking my order which is probably why she didn’t take my order right in the first place because she was so focused on rushing us . Back to Christian .. he was rolling his neck when talking to me when I was just asking what was on my order since my total was off . This is a nice establishment, and people like that are ruining in it.

At this point y’all don’t even deserve a one star .. if zero stars was an option I would choose that.

Also, I asked if I could have two creams and two sugar is added to one of my drinks. The person immediately said “ NO “ with an attitude. If cream and sugar cannot be added to the drink, I would’ve been fine if she would’ve just said “ unfortunately no we can’t do that “ , but instead, she wanted to catch an attitude and...

This was not a good experience. I went through the drive through, I wanted a half dozen donuts but found out there were none of one of the kind I wanted. When I asked if they were just out or didn't carry them, for some reason I didn't get an answer but "did you still want the half dozen?" I got an answer when I asked again, they didn't carry them at this location, when I said fine, I just wanted the ones I ordered, he asked what the other two were. I said I didn't want two more and asked for my total. A different person came on the speaker, gave me the total when I asked again, and when I pulled to the window I got four donuts in a very tiny bag, the napkins were sticking out the top, they didn't fit. I wasn't greeted, the woman at the window took my card after passing out the donuts, didn't say a word to me, took another order, I sat waiting for my card back, when she finally gave it to me she again said nothing. Okay so the manager of today’s shift 08/16/24 at 11 was VERY rude it was unbelievable. Made an order through the app and like most people they pull up a few mins after they make it. She decided to give a foul attitude saying “y’all need to stop coming as soon as you make the order. Y’all need to wait atleast 5 minutes for the order.” Maybe make the order correct when we go through the menu and I won’t be making mobile orders. She said “Everytime yall come up here yall have a mobile order” It’s ridiculous service for no reason. If you don’t want to be kind and give kind customer service then maybe this job isn’t for you. I was kind enough to not say anything to her face about it because it’s beyond ridiculous and embarrassing. Hope this is fixed soon and I HOPE she sees this review so she can realize how embarrassing it...
