We recently started coming to this Dunkin as the one we usually go to is under remodel. Both times the food was burnt and very sub par. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the first time was just a bad day. This visit was horrible. After placing my order I told the cashier I was taking my drinks out and would be right back in to please let me know when the food was ready. After talking to a few other customers and watching them get their food I approached the counter and ask about my order. The girl was like oh it's over here it's been sitting here ready. So I ask her if the food was still hot as I had never been told when my food was ready that it would be set in a certain place and was not alerted that the food was ready. I was not rude in any way to the cashier as I was asking her questions about my food. She told me that at this point she would just refund the money and I could get food elsewhere. I didn't understand her rudeness as I wasn't being rude in anyway. I just told her to give me my food and asked for the top I had given her back. She told me it was theft of I took my tip back. Don't know who taught these employees customer service but it's very lacking. When I got home the food is burnt and the snacking bacon is little bits and not the strips you should receive. Needless to say I will never return to this location and can't wait until my regular Dunkin...
Read moreI visited for ice cream (Baskin Robbins). Selections were very limited, not having basics like chocolate or vanilla. There is no seating on-site. First impressions of the interior of the store is that it was moderately clean, perhaps not as well-maintained as it could be. There were approximately 10-12 flavors available the last time I was there. Many of the ice creams were not labeled or in the wrong place/mislabeled. For instance, Chocolate Peanut Butter was not labeled and something was labeled as "Mint Chocolate Chip" that wasn't. (What does it say about me that I recognize most Baskin Robbins flavors by sight, without a label???) I've gotten ice cream there twice several weeks apart (different flavors) and both times the server warned me that the ice cream was "soft" or "kinda runny" and asked me if I wanted a cup instead of a cone. The warning was accurate, because both times the ice cream slid sideways on the cone as I was walking out to my car and I almost lost it. Service was fast and friendly, but when I got to my car with my scoop of Chocolate Peanut butter, the first several tastes were of mint, which made me wonder how often the scoopers are rinsed/cleaned. I probably won't...
Read moreI have gracefully given this location three strikes and after today, they're out of this game like the fat kid trying to make to home plate and the batter bunted the ball right to the pitcher. First time we were here, were really tilted that there was no drive through. Meh, whatever, not a deal breaker. However, my wife's order was more messed up than Brad and Jennifer Anniston's divorce, and that was MESSED UP. Second strike, butter pecan. Bruh, that's my thing. My vice. My crack dude. They were out of it. FOR A WEEK HOMIE. So i stopped going there for a while. I decided to give em another shot. So here goes. I stroll in the door with exact change and I'm ready to rock and roll, roll the dice and hope they got my butter pecan fix. Well they do, but they jacked up the prices. Now i'm not super tilted that I had to pull out an extra single that I'd rather throw down at the for a six pack or something, but like. BRO. HOW HARD IS ICED COFFEE. WITH CREAM AND SUGAR. I just don't undastaaaaand. So needless to say if you've made it this far, STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN DONUTS! YOU'LL THANK ME! The one on Indian River is honestly...
