I had an excellent late night breakfast here recently when my brother was visiting town. We had been out late and done some bar hopping during his visit and decided to grab some breakfast before calling it an evening. It was around midnight when we arrived and just before us a large group of kids, about 18-20, had arrived from a football game (I'm assuming based on their clothing and discussions) and it kind of overwhelmed the small staff. They had 2 people working the grill, and one of them looked like they were in training. Then one working the counter and finally our server was working the main floor. I'd say we had about a 40-45 minute wait due to the group, however it wasn't bad. It allowed my brother and I to catch up and just made everything more relaxed. We enjoyed some cokes and shot the breeze. Our server was beyond excellent and communicated with us as much as she could and refilled our drinks at least once before the meal arrived. Once the order arrived it was perfect. I had the bacon and egg breakfast bowl and my brother had a more traditional eggs with hash browns platter. I really enjoyed my breakfast and it wasn't long before our plates where empty. Pro's - Great food and service on our visit. Con's - Outside of our server, the rest of the staff had no idea how to handle a rush.

First time trying Waffle House. Place was pretty busy, but we got a table right away. Our server was busy also and managed to get our order in and a fresh pour of coffee. The wait was a bit long, and we needed coffee refills but had to flag down a different server. Noticed the craziness in the kitchen as it is totally exposed to patrons. When something like a towel hits the floor, it remains there. When the food arrived, it wasn't a beautiful dish, but it sure was tasty! Exceeded our expectations for flavor, and the waffle really was the star of the show. Great place to stop in for breakfast, but not if you're in a hurry.

Nastiest waffle house ever! The new cook they are training did not change gloves. They said it's ok to crack eggs and have yolk on them when they grab your toast out of toaster. You could see the yolk dripping down off glove as he touching plates. Another cook grabbed raw bacon and then touched cooked food on plated. The gloves are to stop cross contamination not just your hands. Will not be back to this waffle house. Also waiter was awesome understanding on issues think name was Jaye. The cook acted like I was wrong and started saying stuff under breath.

On Saturday, November 16th around 1:00pm, a good friend and I wanted to take a to-go order. Unfortunately on the weekends there is now an allotted time where you have to order online. Totally understandable! However, neither of us had access to an online device that would work. Although we tried to talk with our server about it she quickly neglected us and turned elsewhere. After asking a few questions and discovering no one would be willing to help up with our online ordering problem, (and their solution seemed to be nothing) we decided to eat in so that we could just take a few bites there and go home. Unfortunately we heard our server, ANGIE, complaining with a few other people and employees about a few other things. It’s hard to enjoy yourself when no one is willing to help you and all you can hear are complaints and other customers not being helped. But we are hungry!! So we order our food. When it got there, of course we asked for a to-go. This woman actually threw the to-go box on the table instead of handing it to us. Proceeded to go directly in front of us to another employee and talked about us in front of our face. Then she came to check us out and proceeded to yell at my friend about “the rules” even though we asked for help to get around the online-ordering. She did this in front of another customer she was in the middle of checking out. Luckily another customer stuck up for us and her abrasive body language and behavior and told her that the arguing was offensive. She also never brought me my own box because after she started ignoring us after realizing we were leaving. She told us we were wasting the space she had in her section. I didn’t get that because we would still tip as sit-down guests despite the inconvenience. It was just a very sad and disappointing experience considering we were still kind and wanting to work with the people around us. On the receipt she still charged us a to-go fee. Meaning they could’ve helped us and rang us up as to-go the whole time but just weren’t willing too and would rather have not had the business. Shout out to Gelica and Ashley for doing their best to help and still choosing to be kind despite the...

Went there on a Friday night around 135am there was only about 8 other people in the place and my party of 6 waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we got our food one of our orders was told they were out (30 minutes later) and they brought him something they thought he would like. All of our haabrkwns were over cooked and all our eggs were under Cooked. The waitress asked how everything was and I told her. She asked if we wanted anything recooked and I told her we already waited 30 minutes We weren't going to wait any more. Then she asked me if I wanted to see a manager and I said OK sure.. then one of the cooks came over and said there was no manager on duty and asked if I wanted anything recurred I told him the same thing that we had already waited 30 minutes and we were all set. Then the waitress came back over to my table as I was complaining about the fact that she asked if I wanted to see a manager and there was no manager on duty and she told me I was being a little extra. I said excuse me and she repeated it telling me I was being extra for complaining that there was no manager after she had asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. Another person in my party got upset and voiced her opinion on the situation and the waitress then was very rude to my friend And then the whole weight staff started attacking us verbally. The waitress then went to the door and asked my friend if she wanted to step outside because they would handle it out there if she wanted to. At that point one of the cooks tried to calm down the waitress who Kept verbally abusing my friend and other customers even got involved. The situation escalated and we were called crackers and Karen's and our wellbeing was compromised by both staff and patents. Thankfully we got out unharmed after my friend was physically pushed by someone. One of our patty members even managed to pay our bill. I have never been so disrespected in an establishment before and will be posting this everywhere see fit. Our waitresses name started with an A and she needs...

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would. I have NEVER experienced a more chaotic, rude, and over all lack of management at any restaurant I have dined in or worked at. I get yelling to some degree - yelling out orders or food that's up, needing a runner ect. However, this is not what we experienced. The staff yelling at each other, flat out refusing to help each other, yelling that they're walking away from one another while being talked to, ..and even yelling at guests. It was so unprofessional. This is just the start, .. my significant other walked outside to get his wallet while myself and our 2 girls were still at the table picking at our food and finishing drinks, and was yelled at about walking out without paying. Now I understand this happens, and with the lack of customer service, I feel this probably had already happened numerous times today but that is still NOT an excuse to automatically yell at a customer. The employee easily could have just asked if he paid before assuming he was leaving while his family sat at the table. Now, let's go to the food. It was absolutely not worth what we paid. Waffle was HARD and COLD. One order of eggs was incorrect. By the time we got all of our food at the table, half of it was cold. And the server did not check back too see if we needed anything (which we did) until we were practically finished. I don't know who is running this place buy if your level of staff and customer service is keeping you open, you won't...
