As you will see below, I expressed my concern about the service that I had received at this location. To date, I must mention and commend the improvements I have been experiencing since my original concerns. I must say that the service received over the last mont or so has been very impressive. They now recognize me by name , and knows my standard order. I would like to say, Thank you so much to upper management, store leadership team and staff for their responses to my concerns. A special thank you to Ms. Renee and Tamera for you kindness and responsiveness. Awesome.

I visit this location often because I enjoy the breakfast here, however, the Custer service is poor. Employees are not attentive to customers needs. Regularly having to request sweet ice tea and napkins. When items are requested I have experienced lack of acknowledgment and request being addressed with an attitude and lack of concern. This morning there was no sweet ice tea. I stood at the counter with my cup pushed forward waiting for acknowledgement, however, the person that had originally waited on me never directed attention, therefore I verbally requested sweet tea. She barely acknowledged me and start bending over to retrieve some rolls of coins from under the counter. After about 3-4 minutes she finally filled my cup. I have been in a leadership role for many years and I wouldn’t have many of the workers here on my team. In my opinion. I do not feel they are good representation of this location. Customers that visit this location deserve better attention and service. I suggest upper leadership make observations unnoticed to observe interactions with customers. Read moreMost of the older ladies that work there in the morning have terrible attitudes. I placed a biscuit order last week the biscuits are hard falling apart and overcooked, my chicken on one of the biscuits was not cooked all the way. I called and spoke to the one of the managers about the issues. She said she would take care of the problems. So I gave her my name and order so she could replace them, well I went back this morning to get my order and added 1 more the the 2 free ones I was suppose to get. On the speaker I hear about 2 to 3 women saying the I had already picked them up on Friday of last week, so not true. You could hear them over the speaker everything they were saying, do not appreciate the them saying the things they were saying where everyone could hear them. They could care less. With all the complaints that this hardees has someone (DM) really needs to go and get the food and employees straight. It's on going issue and no one does nothing to get it corrected. So sounds like we all need to start going to Chick Fil A or somewhere else to eat better food, because with the rest of the complaints have not even been corrected. I get all the down Battlefield near Krogers and decide I want to eat one and see that I only have 2 and not 4. I called and said I'm coming back for a refund. The service sucks so bad instead of offering to refund the whole thing, they only refunded the order. I inquired about that as an option for my inconvenience and their negligence and was told that wasn't an option. I asked for the manager and was told she is the manager.
