Haven't ordered from here in a long while because the kast time was a bad experience. Well even after waiting a long period to order again,against my better judgement, I tried this place again. I should have just ordered from Mr. Jim's down the road. The one thing I asked them not to put on the sub, surprise, was on the sub. But the things I did ask them to put on the sub weren't on there. Plus the order took over an hour to get to the house. Once I called to complain about the order being wrong the young lady I spoke with wanted to argue with me about the whole thing. Ordered tonight for my family. Well delivery took awhile, one sandwich was wrong, drinks where gross tasted like no syrup, and I felt like the delivery driver was trying to scam for extra $. I called and addressed issues with management. He remade the sandwich and the delivery driver brought me my change. It took an extra 30 minutes. Love the sandwiches but really wish they would put the names of the people on the sandwich when provided in the order. It’s hard to match 3 custom country clubs to 3 different people when they all have the same sandwich # written on the outside. Which means we have to pull them apart to see which one is missing the tomato due to an allergy and guess which one has the extra mayo.
