Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I FELT THREATENED AND THE DRIVER SHOULD BE JAILED FOR THE WAY HE DRIVES!!!!! GETTING FOOD FAST SHOULD NOT PUT THE PUBLIC AT RISK FOR A SANDWICH!!! Driver is CRAZY! I was the first car @ a red light, your driver pulled in front of me @ a RED LIGHT because he didn't want to wait in the line. He stopped with half his car in front of me blocking the lane and the rest of his car was in his lane blocking that one. He yelled out that his GPS wasn't working. A blatant lie,his store was 1/2 a mile away and that still does NOT allow anyone to drive like an IDIOT. He was obviously SPEEDING also because, I was going 45MPH (legal for Volvo PKWY) & he left me like I was standing still (60MPH+). I went into store to speak with manager. While speaking with her, he crept up behind her & actually took a stance like he was going to hit me because I was concerned for my safety. Today was my first experience at Jimmy Johns. It was convenient so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all the server that took my order was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though this is her job. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in the bag. When I picked up my food my receipt wasn't in the bag and I had to ask for it again. We sat down to eat and I opened up my sandwich to find (pictures below) the lamest sandwich I've ever seen. I was given 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatosauce, hardly any lettuce and 1 slice of roast beef. I asked to speak to a manager. His name was Aston. He was extremely nice in a condescending way. For example he told me that's the way Jimmy Johns makes their sandwichs. Subway makes better sandwiches. He basically said to write a bad review and don't come back if I'm not happy. WOW! I retired 2 years ago and this Jimmy John's is my new favorite place to eat. I'll arrange my day to be in the Greenbrier area for lunch because the experience is so rewarding. They always greet you when you walk in and the employees seem genuinely happy to have you there. I typically get the #2, Big John roast beef. The service is always fast and friendly. There is a buzz about the place with lots of called in pickup orders and a steady flow of foot traffic. Because it's busy, the food is fresh and they can keep enough employees on the clock to ensure speedy service. Finally, it's clear that management does a good job because everyone seems to be happy working there. With today's labor crunch, it's nice to eat at a place where the service is reliable and everyone...
