McDonald's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

The current manager today 7/1/2018 at the Hillcrest Pkw. Chesapeake Va. was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. She completely humiliated a male employee in front of her staff and customers. I expressed to her my dissatisfaction and she just stood slouching over the food bin. WOW! The line at the drivethu was wrapped around the building and it was obvious there was a hold up on something. I had to back my car up and go around the building to a parking spot. When I walked in, a nice young gentleman greeted me & another women. We didn't want to uses the kiosk so he stepped behind the counter to take ladies order and another employee came to take my order. The manager literally yelled at the boy across the kitchen "get back out there at the kiosk and don't you come back here!" The other customer and I were shocked! Meanwhile, the drive tru is still backed up with everyones bags of food getting cold on the counter and I look at the "manager" and she is laughing and showing another employee stuff on her cell phone in front of about 10 employees and customers! I was shocked to see such bad and unprofessional behavior. That poor boy didn't know what to do. We told him to make sure he reports this to somebody superior at McDonalds. The other customer was visabiliy shaken too and she said she would follow up with someone. I spoke to the manager before I left and assured her I would be contacting a superior. She was so unprofessional that when I was trying to talk to her, she wouldn't move from her spot in front of the food bins and continued to let everyone hear us talking. Earlier today I was there eating inside with my two sons. It was prime lunch time. They were very busy. There had been a mix up in the drive thru which caused a man to come in twice. He had a bad attitude and was being very aggressive. He was being extremely rude to the two ladies at the counter. The manager finally stepped in and he continued to get loud and disrespectful. Meanwhile they were trying to get his exact order corrected and out to him. A younger cook had said something and the man threatened him and called him names from across the restaurant. The manager tried to tell him he couldn’t talk to her employees like that. We come there to eat all the time and have never had any issues. Everyone there is always respectful to us. This man was completely out of line and rude over ketchup on a burger. Clearly he had no compassion for how busy they were and were trying their hardest to get everyone their food as fast as they could. My kids were very upset on how this man treated the workers. Everyone should have more compassion for people and not letting ketchup ruin someone’s entire day. There was absolutely no reason to treat those employees that way over a simple mistake. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too low-key. Went to try and get the crispy strips, line is long but I wait for 10 minutes and we don't even move. Alright, I'ma head to Walmart then I'll put in a order and pick up in store, haha funny. Left Walmart to pick it up, lines still long but I head in, nope the lobby is closed. Well, what do I do? Call the store, they don't answer and then very quickly answer say come through the drive through and hang up on me. I hop in the 15 car drive through line (ps. One of the speakers is closed as well) and it doesn't move, I already paid but F it I left and got Zaxby's. I mean dude it's terrible, always extremely slow, I mean painfully slow. Waiting for a refund after I called them and they said I would get one because I didn't pick up the food, I bet $100 I'm not getting that money back. Don't go here, its close to home but dog water, they need some corporate Jesus breathing down there neck and a Christmas miracle before I would think about hitting this McDonald's up again.
