Subway — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I order here often... the employees don't speak English only roughly only one does. I place my order always online, because I get to pick the time. Not sure why when I get there it's never ready and it's usually another 10-30 minute wait, when my app says ready! They say they've been busy with walk in orders we'll my money is already spent so I expect good service too. My money is green too, and already in the draw. I've had them substitute items without informing me, I find out once I get home and realize they gave me different bread or cookies. I'm just getting tired of them wasting my time. Truly the employees are not very friendly and the sandwiches are not filling. I do believe they are not giving the right amount to maybe save the owner some money! It's very upsetting as I do order often. Why place a timed ordered because its never done on time. Have more people or have one doing online orders only I'm not sure but something needs to change and please hire people who understand and speak English it isn't right that I have to smile and act like it's okay when it's truly not. The end go to another subway or jersey mikes like 2 minutes away! This place I'd like to recommend but truly cannot feel...

This is by far the worst subway I've even been to. They've messed up my order multiple times, always skimp on the meat and I keep trying to give them a chance to do better as it is the closer subway to me. Yesterday was the last straw. Ordered 4 subs on the app and when I got there, they refused to make my subs and honor the buy ANY footlong get any one 50% off. Said the subs that I selected don't qualify and the owner told them not to make them. No call to let me know before I drove there. Then wouldn't cancel my order. There's no way to do so in the app. They told me to call corporate. Well, there's no customer service number to call. Now I have to see if they charged me for something they refused to make for me on my credit card. Ordered at another subway the exact same subs and had no issues. Avoid this Subway if you want your sub made correctly, if you want friendly service, and if you want somewhere that honors...

This place used to be good, but ever since the old owner left and new people started working here, the quality has gone downhill drastically. First off, the menu inside clearly states that the personal pizzas are $5.99 (they used to be $4.99 about a month ago, funny) and that all additional toppings aside from vegetables are $1. Well, they charged me $1.25 for pepperoni and $1.75 for bacon... Why? That's false advertising. You're telling me this little 6 inch pizza is $8 now when you can get a small or medium for less than or around the same price at other ACTUAL pizza places? You can get a large 1 topping for like $11 or $12 at some spots... Oh and don't even bother getting a hot sub from here. None of the employees cook it for the right amount of time, so your cheeses won't be melted, your bun won't be toasted and your meat will be room temperature. It's sad to see. I wouldn't even recommend eating here...
