I just ordered food from here and I'm a little concerned about how the "contactless delivery" was executed. I put in the section for delivery instructions to leave my food on the bench on my front porch. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they DID do that part and the order was correct. However, noone rang my bell and noone knocked on my door. The only reason I realized my food was outside at all was because I looked out my door to see if maybe they were parked on the street and then I noticed my food. There were already flies sitting on top of my wings box. Thats a little unprofessional for you all to bring the food but then not even let me know it was here. Y'all could have easily done what UPS does and rang the doorbell and ran. But NOTHING was done. Noone rang the doorbell, noone knocked on my door. If I had not been looking out for yall my food would have sat out there and either been stolen, covered in ants, or cold. Fix this. Edit: I forgot to mention that the tracker doesn't work either. When I sent my husband up there I told him if it didn't look good/correct then leave the pizzas there. My husband came back and stated the man that assisted him and everyone in this location couldnt have been any nicer, the store and part of the kitchen he could see he said was clean and the pizza looked delicious! More pepperoni's than I have ever received prior. The 2 pizzas we got actually restored my desire to order here let alone Pizza Hut as a whole because over the years the quality has gone down considerably and not just at a specific Pizza Hut but multiple one's. I came home from the hospital and placed a delivery order and I received the tracking email and text with expected arrival time. An hour later with no communication from the store, I called and got some customer service line because the freaking store I ordered from had closed, and they had already charged my card for both the order and the delivery person tip. I was absolutely livid. I’m going to call the store in the morning we’ll afternoon to make sure my money is refunded. It’s a shame place’s can do this.
