Ordered in the mobile app tonight. Got to the drive through and was pulled over to wait. I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone came out with my food. My order was SUPPOSED to consist of a triple combo, two biggie bag combos (the one with the nugget’s) and a 10 piece nugget. What I actually received was 2 burgers, a fry and the 3 sodas. I park and go inside. There are other angry customers in the lobby and the young girl cashier at the register is standing there, clueless. I walk up and tell her I’m missing some fries and all of my nuggets. She states, “yeah we are out of everything”. I ask why not let the customer know and she shrugs. I ask for the manager. Young girl rolls her eyes and swing around angrily to go get the manager. Turns out, the manager was actually the drive through person who didn’t inform me of the situation! So I ask the manager for a refund. She says she got chili she can substitute for the nuggets. I ask for a refund and she can have all the food back that she gave me. Lucky me, it’s a mobile order and she cannot refund me. I have to go through the mobile app. So I’m basically out of my $27 for tonight’s dinner while I file the complaint and wait for...
Read moreNot a very pleasant dining experience. The hostess working the cash register was not trained in customer service and should not have been in that position. She and one of the male coworkers we're too busy listening to music on their cell phones to be bothered with providing a good experience. The hostess at the register attempted to disguise her activities by using earbuds. The male coworker was a little bit more obvious in that he had his cell phone shoved between the headband of his hat and his head over his left ear with the music cranked up so that everybody could hear his music selections. Was also interesting to watch all the kitchen trash being hauled from the kitchen through the dining area so that all the customers could see and smell the trash. Although it would have been hard to distinguish the smell from the trash with that smell that was already existing in the dining area. The lobby was also pretty dirty and disgusting. Finally, my order is presented at pickup was incorrect force me to go back up to the counter to have my corrected...
Read moreBad Food/Wrong Food/Not Meal Time I went to Wendy's drive through today (I actually got out of Hardee's to go to your restaurant, bad idea it turns out). I was there @1:56 PM and ordered a number 8 combo Spicy Asiago Club with fries and a drink. The chicken sandwich looked like someone sat on it and all of the condiments where pushed out of the sandwich into the wrapper. It was not crispy at all. It felt wet and disgusting to the touch. The lettuce felt soggy. It actually felt like someone took and old sandwich and microwaved it to give it to the guy in the drive through because they did not have any ready when I was there. Absolutely, a horrible sandwich. They gave me the wrong chicken anyway because the bite I did take was not spicy at all, probable the country style? I took my food home and sat down to eat and I threw it away after eating 2 bites I just could not eat it anymore. The fries were fine and the Sprite was really good but that was all I could really eat. Horrible job Wendy's next time I will go...
