I called in and asked could I place an order over the phone and she said “No over the phone orders 30 minutes prior til closing” which made sense but also dumb because.. if I just place the order and over the phone 30 mins prior to closing or not.. all I would have to do when I get there is just pick it up.. I live around the corner from it, so I went up there.. BEFORE 9 around 8:45 and they had the doors locked and I had already saw people cleaning. I just feel as if it says your store closes at 9 then it should be open til 9. They be so worried about clocking out right on the time the store closes just to still not get out right @9. I was told they had a sub called the Cosmo. Asked the girl who answered the phone what exactly was in that- she said “vegetables”. I literally had to ask her to clarify which vegetables were on the sub. She sighed and listed the vegetables. I hung up on her. Serious lack of customer service skills. Sorry, not sorry.
