Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cheshire

I had to make this review to thank the guys and gals of this Jersey Mikes, For putting up with me.

I have on ito Jersey Mikes a handful of times in my years.

I went to JM’s today because I hadn’t eaten all day and I was HANGRY.

I ordered a sub and I think I said “the big one” and I got a regular

And I was going to save the other half for the next day but I realized I think I got a regular, I don’t come here much so I am not sure what a giant or regular is supposed to be.

I was showing signs of frustration and diss satisfaction.

But the crew kept their cool and got me the other half. They were nice even though I was being a pain, I didn't directly verbalize anything bad towards anyone specific but they had to deal with me.

I was able to pay but they charged me for two regulars More frustration. But the manager helped just charge me for a giant. (Thank God I carry cash, would have been a lot more frustration) I was still able to get to my appointment on time even though I had to wait an extra few minutes.

Finally the actual sandwich was just like I remember it last month, very consistent and everyone was very friendly.

I even asked them to grill the inside of the sandwich on the grill and they did it. But it still didn’t help with the sogginess (it’s gonna happen when you are going with Mike’s way)

Anyway, my apologies for my Hangriness and I hope I didn’t cause too much...

The reason I am giving 3 Stars is because l ordered a Steak and Cheese wrap with lettuce tomato pickle and mayo. When I got home, I opened a very wet wrap that was steak, onion and peppers with a tangy red sauce. The tomatoes looked a bit old and slimy which I can’t u def stand because they must go through them so fast, but if they’re not great to begin with - they’re not going to look good when sliced Anyway, I left a 20% tip and donated the $5 to charity (MAKE A WISH) So it was almost $20 for something I didn’t eat. Anyway, I called to let them know and they were very nice. I spoke to the Manager Mary who said I could come and get the right order today. Which I will try to get down there to do. I will MOST CERTAINLY change my review based on my next (and hopefully correct) order. There’s nothing worse than when you have been craving something all day and when you get it home,...

i ordered the meatless portabella sandwich and in the 5 minutes between having it handed to me and opening it, the bread became completely soaked in grease and was inedible. i did order additional vegetables on it but i wouldnt have expected them to become soggy as quickly as they did. i dont know if this is a jersey mikes thing or specific to this location, but it was unfortunate to have wasted $10 on a sandwich that was not edible. i will say another time i came to this location and ordered sides of all the vegetables, they came individually and neatly packaged which i appreciated.
